hotel looks nice and isn’t ran down, rooms are modern and clean and have NO roaches like other motels. good location, very secluded. i wish checkin was earlier than 2. pro doesn’t smell like drugs like other motels do.
i had a king bed and it’s comfortable and clean sheets.
We came to stay at this hotel with my Wife and Two daughters, We are very happy in general with everything,
The place is very nice,quiet and family friendly.
The Cleaning Ladies Staff are very nice and helpful.
The Manager is also very nice as well as his family.
I Recommend that you come to stay at this Hotel!
Do NOT book this place. Spend an extra $20 and go elsewhere. I don't know how this place has 3.5 stars to begin with. The service is AWFUL. Really thought the gentleman was nice on the phone but the actual person checking us in didn't give a $#!+ about us. They make you sign a refund page which I asked "what if I don't like the room" and his response was "it's just like booking online"... got our key.
Smelled like smoke. Shook it off thinking I was imagining it being skeptical.

Sat on the mattress and almost folded in half. Awful.
We walked to get dinner and came back to a man who seemed to be a permanent resident at the hotel room 113 and was SMOKING right outside his door. BY LAW YOU CANT SMOKE OUTSIDE OF A BUILDING.... ANY BUILDING WITHIN 25FT!!!!
Annnnddd there was parking lot party going on right behind our room, BLARING their music. We got here at night and couldn't see much but over all this place is in the hood! Our whole room was shaking, it sounded like the music was coming from each room on each side.
We left. Requested a refund and they declined, no surprise. Disputed our charge right. And GLADLY went elsewhere!!!
Don't book here... PERIOD.
I was very skeptical at first by everyone's reviews, but the hotel is decent. We got a king-size nonsmoking room, and it's nice. Judging by the reviews, they really take consideration and fix however they care and it shows in this room. As a breastfeeding mom who's very sanitized about everything, it's good.
The hotel is beautiful for the price but it obviously has some slight issue the door in the restroom was dirty and it's big enough to be noticed the water for the shower was extremely hot but I do have to say the staff is very helpful and welcoming parking is very tight bit I recommend staying here for rest and it's also a safe location

I originally booked for 4 nights, when I got there at 11pm, I almost threw up.
This horrible smell is the moment that you open the door. Everything is dirty.
The table was dirty as if someone just ate and left it all dirty.

Arrived and checked in the guy asked for my ID and my daughter's ID when she'd asked why he needed her ID he gave her a big attitude, we entered the room and the first thing I checked was the beds. I noticed that the sheets were dirty so I requested for them to be changed the manager told me to tell the cleaning ladies myself to change the sheets when the cleaning lady refused the guy went to look at what was dirty and I was told that I am not supposed to be lifting up the sheets to look so I just ended up canceling thankfully I got a full refund I will never be going back or recommending the place
3rd Ave Inn| We stayed 5 nights. The walls are thin. You can hear the birds and cars outside. The shower head could stand to be changed. It was sufficient but not great. There is too much light in the room for us. We had 2 different rooms. The second was much better. There are not enough parking spaces. We usually were parked many rooms away and had to park in the street one night. We went to Disney 3 times from here along with other places. We thought it was great location. A nice ride without much traffic. The towels work great to scratch your back.|
