On September 20,2024 I showed up to take the 3 Bundle Certification Courses with Amy the owner being my instructor. It was to be a 4day’s of training but mine was 3 day’s and alone .I am not understanding why or how a Business owner , a school that’s to provide educational knowledge and all necessary tool’s needed for the training’s for example,
Micropigmentation machines designed to perform Permanent Makeup which is made for lip, tattooing, eyeliner, hair and eyebrow procedures. All in which in I should have received together with an assortment of equipment, needles, corresponding sleeves and caps, pigments and practice material and proper text book’s. Amy provided me with printed package’s ( Lips and Microblading )she did not give me proper lessons and did not give me a lesson on permanent eyeliner at all . The one each brow, lip and eye practice skin she gave me I only practiced 3 brows on skin sheet and not even one on the eye and Lip skin.
Seemingly, she had no intention’s on giving me a kit. Tuition was paid long before my training date’s so why wasn’t my kit , supplies, tool’s , text book’s already there’ the first day upon my arrival for class? To be specific 3DLash and Brow was paid $1,650 for book’s kit/supplies. What Amy actually gave me is not even $200. This also explains why not once did Amy have me to take the few little item’s in the little baggy out to go over supplies kit. Amy neglected me the proper training, did not provide me with proper tool’s / kit / supplies. The print outs were impossible to read .
Amy told me on Friday 9/20/2024 that my machine and kit would be in the next day . Then on Saturday she said oh they said it would be Monday. On Sunday ( day 3 of training ) I asked before leaving what time can I pick my kit up and Amy gave me a look that confirmed what I immediately felt on Friday that she had no intentions on providing me a kit. I then tell her I would be in the area on Monday And I could stop by so Monday afternoon I called just to be told she’s at other Location and would call me. As of 9/25/2024 not called and I had no machine, Kit nor text book’s. And not to mention the lack of cleanliness in the PMU ROOM. Nothing in the shelves nor wall was organized and tattoo ink on the wall, Amy was on her phone, drinking her Sprite, eating her chips more than focusing on teaching the student ( ME ) in the theory room. I declined going back to 3D Lash and Brow Academy for the Apprenticeship program because after all of this it would not be wise of me to Trust receiving any better from there.
How do you operate a school this way ? This is not right it’s only fair to feel Amy obviously tried to set me up for failure. She was paid in full for tuition, book’s, kit and supplies. I shared with how tough life had been for me and Amy still chose heartlessly to neglect me of everything needed to help be successful in the PMU industry. Amy, you DID NOT teach me what I needed and you neglected me on so many levels. But, what you did teach me is not to be so quick to be inspired by someone because if it’s up to them to help you be successful they will fail you and lack teaching skills and providing the necessary tools to help you . Amy, You have been Blessed and in position to help others but speaking for myself you tried to take my Blessing but one day you’re going to look up and see how successful I am at what you lacked training me .May GOD BLESS YOU !
AMAZING service I received here. I was nervous getting my lashes done for the first time but Mercedes gave me a very nice and relaxing experience. The staff and other students were kind. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere. I love my lashes so much! I'll definitely be coming here continously. I highly recommend you book with Mercedes✨️
Loved the environment and Gabriel is very professional and totally recommend. Did my nails and they came out great.
The nail tech student was nice, however the result was not good. My nails are damaged/dented due to the tool being used too strongly and the dents are still in my nails. (Hard to see in the picture, but there are dents from using a ball tool on the cuticles). Someone should have checked the process/end result. Will not be coming back.
I did my nails with Kailey and I am absolutely in love!!! And Evelyn was perfect and delicate doing my lashes! I come back every month
Amy is an amazing instructor. She made sure I knew what I was doing and comfortable with it before finishing. I highly recommend her for all cosmetology classes. I came specifically to learn threading and I must say, I am extremely happy with my training! ????????????
I experienced five star treatment! Mani was great, pedicure was amazing. Tee really did her thing definitely a up and coming rockstar! The owner assisted me as I became dizzy feeling sick. All around just a great place. I be love it here????
I got threading and henna done by Mallorie Castro! She did such a great job! I absolutely love my brows!! The service was great! Love the vibe of the whole place. I recommend going with her!!!????
