Best WLM Reviews
Decent Chinese restaurant. We got Black Pepper Beef which was good. The Sauteed string beans had nice flavor but were really soft instead of crunchy. The BBQ pork we had was definitely old and dry which was disappointing.
I would be willing to come back though and potentially get fresher bbq meats.
The waiter was one of the nicest and most attentive I've ever had.
Wife and I decided to stop by in person and place our order to go. The lady was very nice and accommodating with our to go order. Portion size for the price is great!!! We spend about $48 and we had so much food! It was so good! Definitely worth going! I highly recommend!!!
Hidden little gem in Plano. Not sure if it had been closed and just re-opened. Their menu is varied with plenty of authentic Chinese cuisine options. Love the service! We had the chicken and veggie egg rolls. The chicken egg rolls were tasty and crispy, the veggie were a tad soggy inside. The sweet and sour chicken was the best part of the meal: crunchy on the outside and tender and tasty on the inside. The Mongolian beef was also good, the beef had great flavor and it was tender. Chicken fried rice was a large portion that coordinated well with all the dishes. Worth the try!!
I’ve been a fan of First Chinese for 20 years now and we’ve moved to a new area and wanted something new.
They nail the mainstays (char siu and duck) and they’re 90 percent of the way there in the crispy noodles and wontons.
For the introverted type who don’t like calling in your order, this place is a solid Chinese place with online ordering.
The restaurant has a nice decor and its clean. The server was also very nice. However, unfortunately the food was not good at all. It wasnt fresh. Both dishes we ordered tasted bad, chicken wasn't good (too salty) and left a strange/bad after taste for a long time. We left our lunch unfinished without taking anything to go.
It's sad because we support local businesses. I hope it was just a bad batch.
This place changed owners. Menu seems largely the same, but some of this dishes are more flavorful. Tonight we had beef flat noodles and beef/jalapeno with Chinese broccoli. Both were great! The hot and sour soup was ok, but not great.
Update: Still very good. Had to show off my beef and jalapeno dish. It was definitely spicy!
Great food, great portion size. Loved it. :) I ordered 1lb of char siu with two portions of fried rice. It's amazing. Probably gonna be one of my go-to restaurants with that price and portion size.
We found this little gem today and came for lunch, asked for the lunch menu and ordered shrimp rice and BBQ noodles they came with a soup ( hot and sour / egg drop) and egg roll, the hot and sour soup is one of the best I have tried, flavors of the dishes were delicious, good portions and good prices, the service is excellent, food came out very very quick, clean restrooms. Overall we will come back when we are around that area! Try it out you will love it!
