Best WLM Reviews

This hidden gem is much larger inside than it appears from the outside, offering a cozy yet spacious dining experience. I ordered the steak gnocchi, and it was incredible. The gnocchi, soft and pillowy like dumplings, had a satisfying potato-like texture, and the savory sauce was rich and flavorful. The fried mushrooms were tasty, especially with the accompanying sauce, though I would have preferred them crispier. For drinks, I had the pomegranate margarita while my partner tried the red velvet cocktail—both were perfectly crafted. Overall, this is a fantastic spot to check out!
Tucked away in a charming corner, this restaurant offers a delightful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, setting the stage for a memorable meal. Service was top-notch, with attentive staff making sure everything was just right.
The food itself was a treat, particularly the dessert martinis, which are simply to die for—an absolute must-try! The appetizers were also impressive, adding a creative twist to classic dishes that I found both exciting and delicious. If I had to offer one critique, it would be that the main dishes could use a bit more seasoning. However, this might be the chef’s way of encouraging diners to customize their flavors to their own liking.
Overall, this spot is a great choice if you’re looking to enjoy a satisfying meal. ????
The burgers were really juicy & the fries were crispy & delicious. Service was also great & menu prices were pretty decent. Loved it, will be back!
Over all I would give my experience a 3 star ???? ????????.
I have been here several times since the new owner's have taken over. I gave it time before writing a review, hopeful that my experience would change and be better.
Yesterday, I had the Hot Honey Cheese Bites which were something new that I had never eaten here before. The Cheese Bites did leave me wanting more after each bite. So those are definitely a must have when you go here.
However, I had to give the food a 1 star ???? overall. I would give the food no stars if it weren't for the cheese bites. I am not an overly picky person and definitely not a food connoisseur. I went with something new and something I knew for this visit. I had the Mixed Berry Salad during my latest visit which I have had before. Upon initial inspection of the Salad the fruit and Spinach looked a bit old. After applying the Apple cider vinegarette dressing (which is very sweet and didnt taste like the vinegarette I've had at all the last time I ate this) I mixed it around. I found the Spinach was wilted underneath the majority of the Salad and it did not seem that the Spinach had been cleaned prior to serving. It almost had the right out of the bag or container taste. The Salad seemed to be missing ingredients as well. It did not have the sunflower kernels.
I have always loved the idea of 35 north. But every time I have eaten here it has left me unsatisfied.
The server I give her 4 Stars ???????????????? would have given her a 3 but she did go out of her way to return my card I accidentally left there. If she would have introduced herself, refilled my water and been more pleasant I would have given her 5 stars because she did check on me several times but wasn't very observant.
Last but not least, the Atmosphere. I gave it 4 stars ????????????????. 35 North is lacking a little bit. When I walk in there my first impression is this place should be a community staple. With decor from Farragut Local Club's and Residents. It does sit on land with rich history so I do expect more from the interior aesthetically. The exterior of the building itself is unique so I do expect the Atmosphere to be unique as well and that's not the vibe I get when I walk inside.
I so want to see this resturant thrive and be successful. But in my opinion there are somethings that need to be changed in order for it to flourish. Are the owner's going for a high end restaurant or a local place that brings people together? Because it cannot be both. That is something that I think needs to be addressed because what is being portrayed is sending mixed messages.
Cassie was our server today and she was so sweet! Amazing service, fast, prompt, and as a server and bartender myself it was nice to talk to her as a human being! She was extremely helpful and down to earth. Will be coming back to hopefully sit in her section again! The patio is so lovely. Wonderful place to come and watch the Vols if that’s your thing.
We tried it and The food was delicious, the service was excellent, love all the big screen televisions. Fabulous choices, and all the draft beers. It was fun. They had a delightful couple who were entertaining customers this evening with Great singing! We will be going back!
We had an excellent time at 35 north. The service was wonderful and the staff was very attentive. The food was amazing and our server did a great job. Overall the experience was 10 out of 10. If you’re looking for a place to hold a private event this is where I’d go. We will definitely be returning in the future.
The wings were very delicious. They were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I loved the hot honey cheese bites. The caesar was okay. The ingredients were fresh, but the dressing tasted like it was from a bottle. I don't think it was homemade.
