I have been here twice, the shows are fun and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The biggest issue I have with this place is the music. They played the same remix of not like us by Kendrick Lamar and another Spanish song. The mix was really bad and did not make me want to dance and it got to the point where I was holding back laughter the second time I went because i couldn’t believe they played the same remix twice. Please!!! Play some good tracks :)
I went here this past thursday for the first time, the opener did a phenomenal job! the music did cut out from time to time but the dj was quick to fix the technical issue. Look forwarding to coming back, looking forward to their next set.
DO NOT GO HERE !! came here last night with 2 of my friends and the security was EXTREMELY rude. they had kicked me out because i held a drink for one of my friends for not even a minute and they kicked me out?? I was not drinking or anything (just simply holding a drink for a friend that was buying a girl a drink). The security approached me very rudely and told me i had to leave. He was YELLING AT ME when i was clearly walking to the exit and he even pushed me. Once I got out of the club we saw the same security and we asked for his name and he responded very rudely and quickly and slammed the door on our faces and even hit my friend with it (even told them to pull up the cameras) Never coming back here. There was 2 securities they were both Big guys with glasses. I had told some other people outside of the club about my experience and they said they had the same problem with the SAME security.

as a young gay man, ive never felt more safe and secure than at 340. everyone is so inclusive and kind, and ive made so many friendships, which has never been easy. definitely brought me out of my shell! <3
My friend and I (both of us are 21) went to go to this club. She paid first and when waiting for me the security guard told her she could wait and said she needed to enter the club. She did. I paid 20 dollars because 21+ gets charged that. Today the next day we were talking about yesterday and she said "wow 30 dollars was a lot for a cover fee" that's when I told her I got charged 20. She calls to ask for the difference because she is 21 so she should've been charged 20. The person speaking to her, several times, tried blaming my friend saying she should have noticed the difference immediately when we both paid at the front. But how when she was told to enter the club? Which she explained to the person on the phone. But instead of trying to make things right he insinuated she was lying and that it was not a mistake done by the employee. Basically it's her fault for a mistake someone that works there did ????♀️.
Terrible service from specifically the manager Marcos! We went to go support Morphine last night and during the show a dancer accidentally knocked over our drink, we went to a server who told us that we’d have to talk to a manager. When I asked the very nice bouncer at the exit door he pointed me to Marcos as well other servers pointed me to him as well, I spoke to him about the situation told him I understand accidents happen I don’t mind paying for another drink but can it be discounted at least, he told me I have to find a manager that they are the only ones who can do something about that and when I let him know that everyone sent me to him because they told me he was a manager and I needed to talk to him, after he had spilled a drink himself and I was even understanding enough to help him clean it up but he just completely stopped talking to me and helping me in anyway and started taking the orders of a person behind me basically as if I was not there anymore! This is the Manager you have at this establishment that speaks a lot! I love 340 go all the time and to receive this type of service is absolutely unacceptable please do better! Even tried to talk to Wes last night but he was pretty busy hosting with Morphine! But anyways 340 do better and Marcos do better yourself as well that is not how a manager handles a customer experience! Very disappointed!
Theft ring going on at the club. Phone and wallet stolen. Security guard walked away to “get a manager” when pointed at the thieves. They seem to be in on it. Police said don’t go here — it’s happening all the time. BEWARE!
UPDATE WE MESSAGED THE OWNER PER BELOW AND RECEIVED NO REPLY. TRY TEXTING THAT NUMBER — nothing.
