I was a bit hesitant to give this place a try after reading a handful of ugly reviews but a few weeks ago my old man order delivery and they definitely "delivered". We had a gyro dinner, Greek salad and a supreme meat pizza. It arrived quickly and everything tasted great. We were not let down.
We decided to order again tonight after a busy day and no desire to cook. This time we ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries, spaghetti with meatballs, a chef salad, Supreme meat pizza and a slice of tiramisu. Here we are again sitting here beyond pleased with how quickly it arrived and how great everything is. The chef salad is a very hearty sized salad with a mess of meats and cheese on it. The delivery driver was super friendly too!! We look forward to ordering from them in the future!
11/08/24 Still raving about this place! We have yet to have had a bad experience here. Dined in with my youngest son this evening while we waiting for his brother to shake his grove thing at the middle school dance. Dinner was absolutely amazing. We had pizza, chicken Alfredo and grabbed a pizza to go for my son to snack on after his dance. Staff was super friendly. Can't wait to come back again.
I’ve lived in Winchester my whole life and never had 3.14 pizza untill last week. I’ve been missing out. It was delicious. I loved the crust! We will definitely be back to try more things!
Have been ordering here for awhile. Just ordered earlier tonight (October 7th at 6:30pm) with an order total of over $90 after taxes and tip. Was missing a sandwich and at the time I also thought we were missing a personal pizza. Called to let them know and the first woman I talked to was amazing and polite and said they would fix it for us no problem. Then got a call back from a different woman to confirm what was missing. We were missing a chicken, bacon, ranch sub and the pizza that we thought was still missing. After confirming what was missing I was hung up on. Then I received a call about 20 minutes later stating that there was "Nothing they could do." I then stated I wanted a refund for the sandwich and was told no. The woman, who was the same from the second call, told me that the driver had dropped off all the boxes. I do NOT blame the driver at all for this, they did their job. The restaurant failed to give us the food we ordered which was over $10 and treated me as if I was a liar. This is not good customer service. I have worked in customer service for over 5 years and never once would it have crossed my mind to hang up on a customer on one call and then offer absolutely no solutions on another. My family and I have been going here for awhile and we have decided we will not be coming back. I will say that we did end up finding the pizza, it hadn't been seen when we had originally grabbed the food, but that sub was never found. Fries were also cold and not seasoned well and didn't even taste like they had been fried.
Placed a delivery order this afternoon, was told 45-55 minutes for delivery. Ok that’s fine, call back 1 hour 5 minutes later to question my order was told driver was in accident that another driver had the order and was on the way. 30 minutes later order arrived. Steak and cheese sub was soggy, chicken Parmesan was cold and nasty. ????. Very disappointed with the food. I’ve ordered from them before but this will be my last time!!! I called cashier got snappy so I hung up!! NOT a good way to treat your customers!!!!!
Ordered 1 large supreme meat without sausage for pickup, they said 10-15 minutes. Showed up 20 min later (gave them an extra 5) and when I asked for my order from the woman working upfront she went to the kitchen and I could hear there was some sort of deliberation in the back. They made mine with sausage and had to remake it ok no problem mistakes happen. Wait an additional 10 minutes get my pizza tip $5 ( on my $25 pick up order) take it home just to find a sloppy looking mess and half my pizza wasn’t cut. When I called and spoke with the same women no apology was given but she did offer to make it again. I understand that it was fresh out of the oven and that contributed to the messy look but why not have me wait just a few more minutes for it to settle? If you’ve already made me wait for what I ordered to be made right why not add the extra 5 to ensure quality? It tasted good btw which is why I gave more than a 1 star. Food is good, customer service not so much
Having ordered a few times for delivery to the campground without incident (most recently 11-08-2024), my order for delivery on Friday 11-15-2024 was non-existent.
3.14 Pizza delivers directly to the campsite and I was staying in the same place as the prior order on the 8th. The order was placed and an estimated delivery time was e-mailed for an hour later (still within their Friday operating hours). Nothing arrived and no answer when calling 3.14 Pizza prior to their closing.
The service went through ChowNow and I was able to reach them to advise them and to make sure my card was credited. I was told earlier this evening it was denied "as per Britney the Manager of 3.14 Pizza - Winchester that their driver was able to handed your order to you."
The driver never made it to my campsite so, if it was delivered, someone got a free meal.
Told it was good pizza,well undercooked which killed it from the start. Charged $18.00 for 12 inch pie and soda . Guess I was charged a tip. When I walked out told her I was still hungry, and she laughed. Wow how does a place like this stay alive? Will tell everyone Not to go here!
Have eaten here several times times the food has always been great as well as the service. They have a large menu and everything I've tried has been delicious. Pictured is the ranch pizza which features chicken bacon and cheese with ranch instead of the normal marinara sauce. My personal favorite is the Bianca which is olive oil cheese and fresh garlic. They also make great salads, wraps, and much more. Don't forget to end the meal with a tasty dessert! ????
