Bad service. Bad experience. Chipped within hours. I wanted red glass nails. He colored them black to make a cat eye and then added pink on top. It was not red. He messed up the nail set I wanted because he didn’t know how to do it even though I showed him the picture he said he could do it red and he didn’t and proceeded to do it pink. He then removed the black nail polish after with attitude and didn’t even do a good job . Sloppy work not worth $80
I came here for the first time, I booked with Steven, he was nice and polite. I got a discount for being my first time he said the nails would be $60-70 but with the discount the nails came out to $55

They did a great job especially with the hard gel and intricate design I chose! They took their time and really had great attention to detail. I would definitely come back! And they had a great discount for first time customers!

*for what it’s worth, I came here with a (new) full set from a different place. Chloe did the color correction and made my nails look incredible.
Friendly front desk. Waited 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to be seen for pedicure (which was absolutely not a concern at first- I understand schedules can run behind). But then waited an additional 15 minutes to be seen for manicure after pedicure while staff continued to sit walk ins despite being pretty behind on their scheduled appointments. My no chip pedicure was actually great- she took 45 minutes to spend time on each step. However, my no chip manicure was a disaster. It only took her 30 minutes to QUICKLY “shape” and paint my nails. Both of my hands have completely different shaped nails (my thumbs in the photo for comparison). Asked for soft square and got a mixture of several things. Really disappointing experience, especially for $95 dollars and nails that I got done for a wedding I am going to be in this weekend.
One of the best nail experience I’ve ever had. Angie was so nice to help me with the design on my nails! I loved the stickers they had! She did such an amazing job! I love how they turned out! Will definitely come back!
I recently had a fantastic experience at Salon 312 in Arlington Heights, where I got a dip and tip manicure and a regular pedicure. The manicure is absolutely stunning; my nails have never looked so elegant and well-maintained. Vicky, the technician's attention to detail and precision truly sets this salon apart.
The regular pedicure was equally fantastic. My feet feel refreshed and look amazing, thanks to the skillful and gentle touch. The entire experience was incredibly relaxing, and the friendly atmosphere made it even better.

Didn’t file my nails good. Look at the streaks on the nails. Look at the thumb the nails were painted on properly. The fact that nobody even reached out or called me to even fix these issue is disappointing.
