I gave them one star because they don't have zero stars as an option. DO NOT COME TO THIS HORRIBLE place. Horrible medical care, no ethics what so ever. All of the doctor assistants are lost and have no idea what they are doing. Like previous comments say, they just stand around talking among themselves. It took them almost 3 hours to call me in and there was only one more patient ahead of me when I arrived. I cannot even understand. I came here because it's close to home but it is absolutely NOT worth it. Unfortunately I need to go back to get my results from a blood draw and I am absolutely dreading going back. Worst medical experience I have ever had by far.
I have been going here over 15 years and the new takeover by Wellmed is a joke. Waited 3 hours the other day in a freezing room and there was only 1 patient before me. Went yesterday to pick up blood work and had to wait 1 hour just for a print out. Had to throw a fit just to get 2 pieces of paper. I really liked the new Dr. but the nurses are a joke. I don't know what is going on but looks like I will be looking for a new Dr. Office. What a shame. I am 62 years old and never had to wait so long at a Dr.'s office. Ridiculous.
My husband and myself and our now 4 children have came here for the past 9 almost 10 years. I have had only great experiences with the whole staff from nurses to doctors. Yes we have had to wait at times due to high volume wich is normal for any doctors office. We have had blue cross blue shield to medicaid. Always reasonable pricing for visits. My family and I thank the entire staff for they're patience, always having a smile, and theyre help. Thank you. Rodriguez Family
I received a bill saying I have a balance from my last 3 visits. I pay for my visits in full, out of pocket. There is no reason for me to have a balance. Even if I did have a balance why am I being informed nearly a year after my first remaining balance. This is super shady and doesn't seem legal at all.
The worst clinic i have ever ever seen
For 4 days I am still waiting for them to send the electronic prescription to the cvs on West pioneer Pkwy in Grand Prairie,just less than a mile away. It's a blood pressure medication prescription that the pharmacy haven't received yet.I called the clinic twice they keep me waiting on the silenced phone twice without any response. Unbelievable! Is this really ok? Don't they understand that this is important for a patient with high blood pressure.
Do not waste your time here. If you decide to go to this shack of an office be prepared to spend at least 2 to 3 hours waiting even if the place is full or empty. I was one of the 1st people there when they opened at 10am and it took them 30 min just to call back the 1st patient. When I asked what was taking so long the front desk nurse told me their rooms were full? With who when they just took back their 1st patient? You will die of sickness or old age before you see a doctor here. I don't see how this place is still in business.
Long wait. First come, first serve. They are not as clean as you would like a doctors office, and there is a need for a LOT of maintenance repairs and painting.. Now with that said, the staff is lazy and incompetent. BUT Dr. BENJAMINE MENDEZ is good. The only saving grace. Don't rely on the staff to do ANYTHING. I have been trying to get a referral from them for a month that he marked STAT. HE pulled it from her chart himself and gave it to me. Better than getting hung up on by the girls when they finally answer the phone.
I do not recommend this clinic! They took two hours to sign us in. And another hour for the doctor to come in to see us!!! I was there for 4 1/2 hours!! The staff is rude and never wants to help!! If they are so miserable find another job!!!! But the doctors are good!! However staff wise no!!! Doctors please hire a whole new staff!!!
