I am a vegetarian and We had ordered a Veggie Panini today and received a non-vegetarian Panini. imagine if this was a case of food allergy. The order receipt says Veggie Panini but what we received was some sort of meat.We did not realize it until we took a bite. Will never order from here again.
There were 3 large bone fragments in my wife's fried chicken sandwich (see photo). The first one she found chipped her tooth. I'm honestly not sure how bones could have gotten in there because its supposed to be chicken breast.
I called 30 Burger as soon as we found the first bone, at about 8PM on Thursday (9/19). The woman who answered asked if I could wait a moment and I said sure. She put the phone on the counter and proceeded to help some walk-ins. No big deal, they're busy, but after over 5 minutes of waiting (and listening to other customers being served) I figured she forgot me and I hung up.
I called again the next day (9/20) at around 2:30 PM, wanting to make sure I didn't call at a busy time. I explained what happened to the woman who answered and she was apologetic but unable to issue a refund by herself. She said she needed to wait until her manager came in. She took my name and number and assured me her manager would call back when they got in.
No one called me back yesterday (9/20) or today. This honestly kind of surprised me, because I thought they'd be pretty concerned they're potentially sending out food someone could chip a tooth or choke on.
The food that didn't have bones in it was good, the woman I spoke to on the phone was polite, but the overall experience has been very disappointing.
I don't think we'll be ordering from this location again. I know they're opening a new location in Denville soon, so we'll probably be ordering from there from now on. Hopefully they'll do better job with quality control and customer service.

Good burgers. Large portions and very filling for the price. This place caught me off guard when I walked in. Not much more than a few tables and chairs and a counter but the food is pretty good for the price and the portion. I tried the Bacon Royal Burger and the original crispy chicken sandwich. Crispy chicken sandwich was not the juiciest but crispy and large , burger was large and flavorful. Bacon was crispy on the burger. Fresh buns. Patty was well over cooked for my liking but Fries were large and crispy and seasoned well. Definitely a good choice for a quick burger or chicken sandwich in the area. Variety of burger options and chicken options , hotdogs , fries etc… general grille fair and shakes. Nothing too extravagant or out of the box. I wasn’t blown away but they have some solid burger choices. I’d like to also note that the crispy chicken sandwich in the photos was not bitten, it was served to me like that.
I did not have high hopes because the town appeared very backwoods. I was hungry and it was going to be a long day at one of the locations I was visiting. The burger and fries were AMAZING! I have the mushroom burger with cheddar and cheese fries. I would go back if it weren’t so far, but I heard the M&M building isn’t too far. If I go back, this will be the to go spot!
First time and wow disappointing! Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and they asked how I wanted it cooked I said medium the order taker wrote on receipt no medium well medium. Well it’s burnt! Bacon and Burger. Aweful. In the trash so bad!!!
I loved this place. They are very good, the best in the area. They have a unique flavor and the best thing is that there are 30 different ones. I will come back to try them all. Their crispy potatoes are super good and fast. I recommend them so you can enjoy a day with family or friends.
if i read all the reviews first, I may not have gone there. Wanted something different, so we all got burgers. It took a good 15 minutes to get back with the crews burger, and I have to say it was really delicious. Didn't find one reason to give them any less than 5 stars.

Everything was good but kind of bland on the seasoning as far as the burgers go.The fries were seasoned good but the fried Oreos were just sitting in chocolate sauce and there was no powered sugar or anything else on them.
