First time to Fort Myers and saw it as we were driving through downtown and had to stop in! They made fresh tortillas for my tacos, had amazing service and a good atmosphere! Gerron helped us and he was so kind, even gave us a free dessert since we are new to the area. Would definitely come in again :)
The tortillas for the burritos are made fresh. They do not skimp on portion sizes. The burritos started falling apart as the tortillas were still warm and stretching. The staff were friendly. However, it would have been nice if they had warned one our party that ordered the large burrito that it is ridiculously massive. The food here is a little more pricier than other fast food places. Restrooms require a code to get in. Their indoor seating is limited. There is some outdoor seating as well. The taste of the food was not good to just okay. I would not order the queso again. The burrito had a funny taste when biting into the tortilla. It could have been the spray that was used when pressing the tortillas.
There are multiple paid parking lots and garages nearby.
Excellent service, amazing food (good quality) and reasonable prices with deals everyday of the week. Worth checking out! Thanks for the help Gerron!
The good: It's a great value. We had two meals that were both generously piled with all kinds of good ingredients.
The not so great: Service is not particularly friendly or helpful. Best if you know how the system works in advance. My burrito tortilla was more of a wrap--chewy and doughy. It's a little hard to eat a loaded burrito on a slice of aluminum foil; a plate would be nicer. If you're eating indoors, just know that hip hop is the music. Not my favorite, but you'll be right at home if you like it.
Note: We cleaned off a table outside in front to eat. We found out when leaving that there's a nicer outside option on the side of the restaurant. Check that out if you don't want the street noise.
Seriously! Best tacos Ive had in awhile. Black beans, steak, peppers, onions, Pepper jack cheese, sour cream & hot salsa.
Overall the experience was okay, the burger was a bit too pink for my taste although all of the burgers are supposed to be well done along with my fries being cold as if they had been sitting for awhile. Very disappointing for a $7 burger. I would not recommend this quality of food to anybody. Please do better for the sake of your customer service.
This was our first visit to a 3 Peppers Burrito Company. It was enjoyable. We both got chicken burrito bowls. The regular chicken was average-a little bland. The spicy chicken had more flavor but was not hot. Their ingredients were fresh and well balanced flavors. The guacamole was wonderful! The regular salsa had good flavor without too much kick. The chips were crisp not stale.
The staff was courteous and quick.
I especially appreciated the hand washing station right up front.
We will be back for another menu tasting.
It was my first time a 3 pepper burrito company so when I walked into went to the counter to order. The employee was restocking the ingredient bins and did not acknowledge me, so I waited for her to finish. After a minute, she asked if I wanted to order, to which I responded affirmatively. But she just stared at me, so I asked her if I was supposed to order here she said "yes". The interaction felt awkward and unfriendly. I moved past it...
When it came to adding the toppings to my bowl and I asked for the lettuce to be put on top and she just placed 5 pieces of lettuce and I was like can you add some more which she hesitated but did. Even with the cheese she added about 1 tbsp of shredded cheese when from images it seems that others receive more. Consistency would be nice.
At checkout, she showed no emotion and walked away from the counter before the receipt printed, leaving me to reach over and grab my food myself. It appeared she was in training, but there was no one supervising her.
For the food: it was mediocre, there were a few old hard rice pieces that I had bit into which was frustrating.
Overall, would not come again and will be sticking to order joints like chipotle!
