I stayed here for one night, and was very happy with my experience! It's a simple place, but walking in the lobby area was very clean. I never saw anyone working the front desk, but my key was right there in an envelope when I arrived. I really liked this easy check in process! The room was clean, bed was comfy. Yes, walls are thin, but it didn't bother me at all, it was any louder than any other motel I've stayed at. Great location and great price, I will absolutely stay here again when I'm back in Keystone!
It was OK - Make sure to ask for an upstairs room or you’ll be waking up whenever the person above you does. The ceilings are thin.
I had called ahead because i was traveling with items that needed to be refrigerated and wanted to see if i could drop those things off to be in a refrigerator before check in time. The man on the phone assured me that was fine and he cleared it with his manager for my entire room to be ready by 11:00am. I was very impressed by this and excited for my stay.
I show up the next day at 11:00am and there was no one at the desk. There also wasn’t an envelope for me. I called the number, the man on the other end had someone let me in the room to put my refrigerator items away. but i wasn’t allowed a room key until 4:00pm.
It was strange.
The bed was clean and mostly comfortable. The bathtub had a few bugs and a hole in the ceramic.
Overall - OK if you’re in a pinch and want to save money.
Great location and kind front desk worker when we could find him (really only from 3pm-9pm) but our room didn’t have a shower handle so we couldn’t turn on the shower and the sauna we were looking forward to didn’t work :/ definitely the cheapest option in keystone for a reason but works for a quick overnight stay.
Just stayed a week at 3 Peaks Lodge. The location is just perfect, a walking distance to hiking and biking trails, as well as ski lifts. There is a free shuttle bus that goes to the nearest towns and stops in front of the lodge. My room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. I also had a well- equipped kitchenette addition that allowed me to prepare warm meals in my room. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It was a great deal for the price. I strongly recommend 3 Peaks Lodge to anybody who wants to explore Colorado outdoors.
During my stay at 3 peaks lodgeI noticed several items left behind by the cleaning lady. There were cleaning supplies scattered in the bathroom and a dust pan full of shattered glass. The outlets were screwed out and a fan cover too, plus they left the shower curtain on the table idk why. It was quite unsettling to find these things in my room, as it made me question the overall cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel staff. This added to my overall disappointment with my stay. The furnitures are all quite outdated. The bed was very small for two adults. The front desk was not there at all. Won’t recommend this place.
Okay so first off, there is litterally 1 employee doing everything, from cleaning to booking rooms and making coffee. I booked a room with 2 beds and he tried to put us in a room with only 1 untill I brought it up.
This hotel is disgusting. The floors are gross and the bedding definetly doesnt get washed. They didnt have anything stocked in the hotel room. I sat on the bed and it caved in! It was obviously broken before and they tried to cover it up. The chair was about to fall into pieces. The sauna and hot tub are broken. The door locks were completely busted. The only upside to it was that it was cheap and close to keystone.
I brought all this up with the front desk and they said they'd get in contact with me and they've failed to do so.
My wife and I stayed in 3 Peaks Lodge in Keystone, CO in one of the rooms on the first floor the third week in August 2024. The room was very clean with a very comfy large bed. It had a small kitchen with a microwave, sink and a mini stove, which was very convenient for us. We used a free shuttle bus to travel to Dillon and Silverthorne to do some shopping and dining. The bus stops are right in front of the hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful with all our needs. Will stay again here in the winter to do some snow skiing. The lifts are a walking distance from the hotel. The slopes have light so the night skiing is also available. Cannot wait to come back to 3 Peaks Lodge again in the winter.
We knew this lodge wouldn't be fancy but it was below our expectations and when we tried, 3 times, to talk with management about it we were ignored. Our sink would not drain, our shower had no curtain, the TV did not work and the tack strip between the rug and the bathroom floor was missing which meant we had to lay a towel over it to cover the sharp poky parts that were sticking up. I tried to talk to someone at the front desk, but no one was there, emailed and called three times to no avail.
