Very disappointed with the overall experience this time. I went to this location after my 12 hour shift around 9:20pm, I got 3 soft chicken tacos and man by the time I got home they were extremely cold, the torillas were split down the middle on all 3 tacos probably because they weren’t heated before being filled.The taco itself was falling apart when trying to hold it and was very messy to eat. I had to heat everything in the microwave before I ate it. Feels like i miss spent my hard worked dollars.
Overall good experience. I need to explore the menu a bit more. Hardshell chicken tacos were good. Chips from my Chips and salsa were mostly broken crumbs. Other pictures on reviews looked much better so will definitely try something else next time. I didn't really care for the flavor of the salsa.
STOP CHARGING EXTRA FOR EXTRAS IF YOU ARENT GOING TO GIVE EXTRAS. Asked for extra cheese in my taco, received a LITERAL PINCH of cheese. Don’t know if these people are slow, don’t listen, or are trying to go out of their way to make people mad because they’re too lazy to grab extra cheese, but at this point this is the fourth time I’ve had this happen. Taco casa is much better, don’t waste your money here.
These had to be some of the WORST tacos I have ever had! The unfortunate thing is, they could have been some of the BEST TACOS, because the meat is seasoned to perfection, and the veggies are fresh, but these tacos were SUPER WET. My goodness! Who wants a wet taco that breaks apart?? I think they should pack the tacos separately from the wet items, when people order ‘to go’, to stop the tacos from falling apart. I probably would try it again, only if adjustments are made. The young girls in the kitchen don’t have the best customer service either, because they were too busy being on their phones, and talking about their boyfriends… I do pay attention when trying a new location, because I want my review to be completely honest. The inside was very clean, and plenty of eating tables are available. It gives dim, yet exciting/fun vibes. For now I give this establishment a 4.5/10. Don’t be afraid to try it for yourself.
Drove 45mins there order 50 bucks worth of food to get home and for the 3rd time they forgot a whole dinner. The last 3 times k have been there they have forgotten multiple items and the manager said well sorry human error I asked if there was anything to rectify the situation and he said nope I don't have anything else I can do. Absolutely worst customer service ever. He said what would happen if you went to Walmart and they forgot something. I said they would rectify the situation. His response is I am sure they would but there is nothing I can to sorry.
Brisket tacos are very good! Also tried their hard shell tacos which had a surprising amount of meat - overall great first experience and prices won’t break the bank - def. Coming back!
Delicious! I stopped in here after driving past this place a good half dozen different times in my daily travels. So glad I did! I got the beef baja tacos with rice and no beans...cos I hate beans, lol. Super friendly service and good price for the portions. Will return!
I would describe this as two notches above a Taco Bueno. They are fast. I tried their Brisket Nachos and they had it ready in 90 seconds. Very tastey and huge portions. Interior decor us so fun. Lots of TVs.
