Everything was good. But if I had to say negatives, it would be-
1. The blinds were see through. Like if someone walked by, they could totally see me laying on my bed in my underwear. I had to shut the bathroom door every time I used it, even though I was by myself in the room. If someone walked by with my bathroom door open, they'd 100% see me(using the toilet or getting out of the shower). Nuff said. Definitely weird and ridiculous.
2. Water for shower wasn't hot, it was almost warm, but just hot enough to barely make it okay for me to not say anything. It wasn't hot.
I'd stay here again if the price was right(cause the hot tub looked awesome), cost me $57 and some change for one night(no complaints on the price).... But I hope I'll never have to stay here again.
Upon arrival, guest services was nice and hotel lobby smelled good. Easy access to room. The rooms are very modern and super nice. I would love to definitely stay here again. Nice property, beautiful pools amazing people, easy parking, best hotel in Tucson.
One of the BEST hotel experiences iv ever had! SO affordable but also amazingly clean and spacious. The staff were all absolutely amazing I felt so comfortable asking anything and felt so welcomed. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked beautiful as well as the hot tub and mini golf.
P.S. Please let the staff member who was working the check in at 3am on 9/16/2024 that she is absolutely amazing at her job and the kindest soul ever.
I visit Oro Valley about every other month....have stayed at various places, but nothing beats 3 Palms for location, price, quality and helpful staff. I've now stayed there 4 different times. The King Studio is just a great deal for someone who wants to make their own food or who is on a separate schedule than traveling partner (I get up early and the wife sleeps in, so the separate room/kitchenette is ideal.) Definitely worth the slightly more cost (than standard - which I will admit, is a bit smaller than most hotel rooms.) Workout room is solid. Pool is nice to entertain friends in the area. I've been impressed each time by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. This past visit involved a self-inflicted (3rd party reservation) issue. The staff was super helpful in resolving the situation.
Rooms were clean, smelt good. Location is fantastic. Felt safe and it was relatively quiet. Could use 2 more towels in the room as they only provide 2. Light fixtures were kinda dusty. Otherwise fantastic stay and would recommend.
The Receptionist Elijah was beyond helpful, very polite and professional! With anything we needed he went above and beyond. Highly recommended speaking to Elijah for anything!
As far as the rooms they were very clean and well maintained! The housekeeping ladies always did an amazing job. The AC was very cold and nice but it almost felt like it was timed and wouldn’t run during certain times other than that all around it was great.
The pool and mini golf was fun and entertaining and very clean and landscaping was well maintained!
I have stayed here numerous times with no issue. Last night was different. I stayed with my bf over night and he left for a meeting this morning. After he left I had not redone the bolt because I was in bed. About two minutes later there was a knock on the door. I thought he had forgotten something. I yelled hang on and jumped up to let him in but also hide behind the door. Just as I got there some man started opening the door stating “housekeeping”. It was 8:45am and check out is at 11am. Not only that but I spoke loudly and I don’t believe he thought the room was empty after hearing me. This was very disturbing to me so I called the front desk. “I’ll let the housekeeping manager know” the helpful woman told me. No apology or anything for someone coming into my room at 8:45 when check out is at 11am. I don’t think I can stay here again.
Great property and very clean (room and grounds). Best of all was front desk staff especially KALEY! She was very nice and friendly. That kind of service is not to be found just anywhere these days. She is a keeper.|Pool was very clean. The property is in a nicer area.
