I ordered a pizza from this place, and they had the audacity to serve me one that was completely burnt. When I brought it up, they initially tried to gaslight me by saying, 'Oh, that’s just how we make it.' Excuse me? Burnt is your signature style? After some back-and-forth, they did replace it, but seriously, the attitude was appalling. Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Do better."
That sounds like a fantastic dining experience! It's wonderful to hear that they offer a variety of vegetarian options and have a great ambiance. Finding a top-notch Italian restaurant with those qualities must have been a real gem of a discovery! Must try to vegetarian fans in Italian cuisine.
Great food, atmosphere, prices, wait staff, ambiance. We loved this place. The charcuterie board, the awesome bacon or prosciutto, the pizza, iced tea, everything. The apple desserts were unreal.
What a nice place with delicious food and beverage variety.....and don't forget to buy a lot of desserts and bread!
Great food and wonderful staff! We went on a Friday night and it was a bit loud when we first sat down (it was hard to hear our other party members talk) but it was fine once we got accustomed to it. We got the Chef’s Charcuterie Board for an appetizer, and the Margherita D.O.P. and Picante Pepperoni pizzas for dinner, both of which were delicious. We also got dessert on the way out to take home. Everything was delicious!
AMAZING place for a date night with cozy tables and friendly service. Cloth napkins and cute tableware. Food was delicious - we got the meatball platter, artichokes, pizza, and dessert. Italian beer on tap was a plus! Mia anticipated our needs and made it happen.
Love their food specially meatballs and pizza. Very tasty.
One time I tried a lavender haze cocktail and it was pure alcohol, very strong. Also not a fan of their bloody Mary.
I waited 45 minutes to get a salad and an hour and a half for this sad looking “margarita” pizza. I work a really stressful job and I don’t have a lot of time to myself. Least of all, an hour and a half to wait for terrible food
