Enjoyed my time here with good drinks and yummy pizza. It's a thinner crust but it's a good one (check my picture). The speciality pizzas are delish. Will come back to try appetizers or entrees too. The windows and walls open up in the warmer weather which is nice. The service was phenomenal.
This was my first visit to 3 Palms. Our service was so fantastic and cheerful. I watched them hand toss our pizza and put it in the brick oven. Brick oven pizza is my favorites. I had the American Style pizza with extra cheeses and pepperoni. Great atmosphere. Plenty of seating inside and they have a great patio area. Full bar. Highly recommend if you are out n about in Crocker Park.
I love pesto. And these people are generous with their pesto. Some places only give you a ramekin (mustard seed) this place gives you a whole bowl. Will be returning.
It's a tasty pie for sure. Not very filling though, it's a thin brick oven style and the flavor combinations on the menu are definitely worth trying. There are other noteworthy things to try though plus it's in Crocker Park which means you can just stop in for a bite between shopping the nice outdoor Mall.
I'll start off with the positive. The food was great! We, unfortunately, arrived before a large reservation. My grandparents were seated at a table that apparently were saved for the reservation for a large group. They were never told this upon seating. We then had to spend our meal surrounded by the standing customers of this party. Never once were we told something along the lines of "I'm so sorry but you were mis seated, this table is actually saved for a reservation can I please seat you somewhere else?" Not once! We gladly would've moved. When my grandfather went to say something to the waitress as we were leaving she said "well, they made a reservation and that table was in their reservation". When he questioned why we were seated there to begin with the waitresses response was "well you never asked us to move you". What?! Never in my 20 years of food service have I experienced anything like this. Now I'm supposed to be psychic and know what your reservation list looks like and tell your own staff that we were mis seated? As good as the food is we won't be back.
We went to get pizza at 9:15pm because it says they’re open until 10pm. They’re definitely not open until 10, when we walked in we were told the kitchen is closed. I’ve never heard of a place being open until 10pm but the kitchen closes an hour before. Especially on a Friday night. This location used to be run very well and in the past two years it has gone down hill tremendously. It seems to be run by a bunch of teenagers. I would give 0 stars if I could. Very disappointed.
I am really disappointed. This was my first and last time eating food from here. I went to the store at Crocker Park and ordered to go. I got a $15 italian sub and $23 eggplant parm. I thought for that price the sub should be a nice size with a decent amount of meat. I ended up with a half a sandwich with the amount of meat you’d get at Subway. The order was mostly fries. The eggplant was burned and lacked any flavor. The pasta fell flat too. I couldn’t eat it the eggplant parm entree and wasn’t able to make a trip back. Good thing my husband got all those fries or he would still be hungry.
Normally this is a tasty place but tonight we noticed many changes. The crispy artichokes were less flavorful. The capers were burnt. We ordered pesto pasta and it was inedible. Way too much olive oil and mint. No pine nuts in sight. Very disappointed. Bobby is usually better than this. Look at how the poor rigatoni is drowned by cheap olive oil. Terrible.
