Very pleased with this hotel, had a late check in but the two at the counter were extremely helpful and patient with me. If they would provide breakfast that would complete them. I had excellent room service the cleaners were AWESOME. I have to give a shout out to Collie, she who was super friendly and great at cleaning our room, she was from Caracas, Venezuela and was amazing! would definitely recommend.
We stayed for three nights. The accommodations were very reasonably priced for the area. The room was reasonably clean with a comfortable bed and standard features (fridge, microwave, etc.). The jetted tub was a great feature. We were surprised to find only a partial roll of toilet paper and two towels in the room. We had to request more towels at the desk.
The front desk staff was great and responded quickly when we had a plumbing issue within hours of checking in. Unfortunately we did not receive housekeeping services until we requested it on the second afternoon. When we did request it, no towels were left. So it was a bit of an inconvenience.
A WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE
I'm actually so livid and it's been a month since my stay. I had previously left a good review but I had hoped I could change it. Everything went well until it came to getting my deposit back. I was told it would take a week at most. It has now been a month. From someone who can rarely go on big trips this is utterly unacceptable. If I could leave zero stars I would. When I tried to call and tell them to please check that I was going to get a deposit back I was rudely told it wasn't their fault and to blame my bank. My bank has no record or indication that this hotel was trying to send me money back. I will never stay again. Please reconsider staying here again you won't be getting your deposit back. Take your money elsewhere.
I was told that my room had recently been renovated and it was nice and spacious. The bed was especially comfortable and I loved the fact that there were enough blankets. What I didn't care for was that cable tv wasn't working in my room. I had access to maybe three local channels. I was told this was due to a change of ownership. I also wanted to extend my stay an extra day but because I initially booked via a third party it became an ordeal. I ended up checking out and booking a room elsewhere.
You know that stuffy, awkwardness of staying at a hotel? I don't feel that here at the 3 Palms. The best way I can describe this hotel is "Home." The staff are so incredibly kind and attentive, the guests are just as wonderful, everyone smiling and saying hello. It feels safe, and peaceful (although there was a really excited dad playing with his kids outside my door at 0545 as they were packing up, it was cute but I got in late) The beds are super comfy, the rooms are clean. Duke's is a great place to eat just across the park which is right next door.
its fairly nice with some cool points. my room had a jetted hot tub in the main part of the room, that ended up being pretty cool. nice fitness area not big but a nice clean simple feel. for what i was doing it was a great location. has a beautiful park right next to it and the local residents were a non factor. would stay again.
Excellent Hotel! First, our room was extremely clean, it was spotless, not even dust in hidden areas, zero!. The staff, management, and owner were so kind and friendly, and very professional. The beds and pillows were honestly the most comfortable I’ve slept in to date- and our family travels a lot. We had a room off the ground floor which gave us easy access to our vehicle and we felt extremely safe while staying there. The pool was clean and beautiful and the laundry facilities were accessible and affordable. My family WILL be staying at the 3 Palms again. When I have family come visit, I am recommending they stay there. To be honest they could be charging more!
Positive: Girl at the front desk was very nice and kind. Negative: This was like a 70s motel not a hotel or resort. Paint was peeling in the rooms, shower pressure was extremely low, almost like a mist. Shower head was not adjustable. When checking in, there were many people in line and front desk had no help.
