What a great time - atmosphere is very authentic Mexico, from wall art, deco, to tables... everything screams you are at a fun place. Staff was engaging, attentive, and always on point... But the best part was the food ofcourse (fresh warm chips, 3 different chip dips; spicy salsa, guac - but recommend roasted peper salsa). Stake and Eggs was truly 10/10... meat was roasted perfectly, and flavor profile was excellent. Not spicy. For me better than fajitas elsewhere. Overall for my first visit with 5 friends, we all had great time and same great food feedback. Agave drinks were specials. Get your sweettoott fix with Sopaipillas... Bottom line it was better than "Los Dos Potrillos" in Parker.
Looks like any other classic Mexican resteraunt, though there's food I've seen come out that had me say "wow", like the seafood mocajete bowl I saw two guys get. Made my food like sub par but man oh man was it still delicious!
I was so happy to find this Mexican restaurant almost literally in my back yard. I'm always skeptical to try new Mexican places. This place has beautiful, colorful decor and tasty food. The complimentary salsa was rich and spicy with a touch of heat. To me, the measure of a good Mexican restaurant is the tamale. This seemingly simple entree can be hard to pull off well I ordered the combination dinner with a taco, rice, and beans. Unfortunately, the tamal seemed old, or at the very least it was not fresh. Even dry and a little hard though, it was tasty. Makes me want to get a fresh one. The taco was even above average. The queso dip was creamy and full of tomatoes and onions, a great appetizer. They have Coke products, a full bar, and the service was friendly. The food came out fast and hot. Can't wait to go back, but I'm going to be cautious about ordering the tamales.
This was our first time here and I was very impressed. The drinks were delicious and the food was great and hot and tasted authentic. It didn't have that out of a can or jar taste at all. Chips and salsa were yummy too.
i went with a friend for lunch, the server gave my dish to her and her dish to me. being similar we both started eating and realize that our dishes were switched.
we notified the server of the mistake he made but instead of giving us new dishes he switched our plates, even thou we had eaten from our plates.
I am unhappy cause we ended eating food eaten by out person.
My husband and I discovered this place three weeks ago, and we’ve been back once each week so far. The food is delicious and always tastes fresh- the chips never feel like they’ve been sitting on a counter for hours, even during non-peak hours. We’ve had a different waiter/waitress each time we’ve been here, and they have all been fantastic. Safe to say, we have found our new favorite Mexican restaurant!
PS- try the chalupa and the coco margarita! Both are to die for.
great location we have out here. friendly waiters, everything came out as ordered. the beef fajitas were a tad greasy for my liking but overall delicious. they have a massive menu here too so I'm excited to come back
I always love coming here. Ordering the food carrier service doesn't do it justice. The staff is great and the food is delicious. I changed things up with the meal and ordered a mocajete. That thing is soooooooo good. I wrecked my diet when i saw it on my table. My wife wanted it but it was too spicy for her. The waitress told us that they would customize it the next time we came, for her.
Like I said, great customer service.
