We wanted a place to stop on the way into Denver and this place was great!!
We loved the margaritas, and were picky with our margs!
We got a cucumber, spicy mango, Azul, and Cadillac.
We would recommend the Cadillac and cucumber marg.
The Azul was a little sweet so it needed an extra tequila floater.
I would recommend the Pancho Villa, it was kinda like a Mexican stir fry. The meat quality was great; we're usually disappointed by the meat quality.
Overall, we would recommend.
Excellent. The food is incredible and maybe the best in Pueblo. The waitstaff are always friendly and the atmosphere superb. They will bring you more salsa for your chips and salsa and the chips are warm. We have been there twice and I had the enchiladas with mole sauce and the burrito colorado. My partner had the deluxe enchiladas and a three item combo. Everything was great.
Our visit to 3 Margaritas in Pueblo West was fantastic! We had great service from beginning until the end. We never had to ask for refills and our glasses were always full. The wait staff was very friendly and kind!

I don't get to go as often as I'd like, but, the food is consistently excellent! The service is always good, and I love how the owner works right alongside the staff—whether it’s serving tables, singing happy birthday, or even sweeping the floor. It’s inspiring to see such dedication, and it makes me proud to be part of a community where local business owners truly support one another. Highly recommend!
We’ve been coming here for several years and every experience is constantly wonderful. The Manager is very attentive and the staff is always friendly.
Raul was an outstanding waiter, very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful with the menu, & making sure our dishes are exactly how we want them. He also suggested & made the BEST cucumber margarita I think I’ve EVER had (& that says a lot bc I love me a good marg) By far the best service & food we’ve found in Pueblo West! We will definitely be back (ordering that Pescado Frito again????)
It has been almost 18 years since I last went to a 3 margaritas restaurant….. I did not like it and never went back. Now that I moved back to Pueblo West this is my favorite place to come, I love their chips and salsa, horchatas and in love with the menudo! Waiting 18 years to come back paid off! The food is way more authentic than I remember it, good family atmosphere.
