Best WLM Reviews

I did some take out food on July 18th afternoon. When I walked in a lady cashier was on her phone chewing gum loudly, she didn’t even lookup when I walked in. When I approached a register she was still on the phone, and when I said ‘Hi Can I order please?’ she still was on her phone and it took her a good while to finally look up. I ordered an Avocado toast and coffee, when the lady brought out toast, the box that was all wrinkled and there was avocado spread all over the box. I couldn’t even eat it, it looked so disgusting.
Coffee was great but customer service was the worst I have seen in a long time.
I tried this coffee shop out a couple years ago and was not impresssed. I came back Saturday and absolutely loved my coffee this time around. The barista was so sweet! I will be coming back! However my latte was pricey at $10.
I’ll start with the good first, the service is great, the people working there are really friendly, coffee is good and the place is nice as well. However a group of kids apparently use this place as a meet up spot without even doing anything nor ordering, they go in and out, running around. It didn’t feel like a proper coffee shop cosy to work or study. Last but not least, food is not worth it, I paid $8 for 2 toasts with whipped feta cream cheese and tomato, a snack I could’ve done at home honestly. At least for this price, they should try to provide a real sandwich with idk Turkey and pickles at least…
Came here with my roommate. The service from the man at the front was not great. He was not personable, and mistook my roommates order. Another worker offered to fix the coffee deficiency, which is why I gave the service an extra star. When bringing our food, the gentleman walked directly passed me and placed the breakfast sandwich on the table we were sitting at (we were clearly standing by the door ready to leave).
The food menu prices here are absolutely atrocious. A semi-reasonable $6 for an egg and cheese sandwich, and a whopping $10 for a bacon egg and cheese. In what world are two pieces of bacon $4? Not to mention the quality of the sandwich is roughly a 4/10. The bagels aren’t chewy- they’re mushy and the eggs taste like liquid egg. I am a firm believer that the majority of the cost of materials comes from the wax paper bag they put it in.
Please don’t waste your waste your money here. You’ll get better coffee at a Royal Farms.
Very cute little place close to the neighborhood. I got an iced latte with no sweetener and one of the breakfast sandwiches. Both were very good, especially the latte. The flavor of coffee is so strong and tasty. The coffee shop itself has good vibes, my barista was friendly. There are boardgames and a printer if needed. The only downside is that it is quite toasty in there.
Coffee ok. Really good views of the harbor and location. They seem to have a variety of holiday drinks, but we did not get a chance to try them out. Had a bagel sandwich , the bagel was decent - not fancy but decent.-
*good customer service. not good for studying*
I came here to get work done and ordered the hot “tropical green tea.” Unfortunately the tea tasted bitter. However, the customer service was friendly! The two guys working there greeted me and made nice conversation.
The place isn’t good for studying/focusing because you can hear the voices of everyone around you (it’s just one big open space so sound travels). I probably won’t return for that reason!
Coffee and pastries are good, but the place seems chronically understaffed. Monday morning before work and only 1 person is doing drinks. Every time I’ve been in there’s been quite the backlog. It’s also like $10 per drink which is kind of wild and they don’t have sizes, everything is 12oz.
