12/15/2024 [PM Review - See good nail photos]: I spoke to the manager about my experience and he was very accommodating. Anne ended up doing my nails for a discount. She's my new nail technician now, and they're beautiful (NOTE: New beautiful nail photos after the bad nail photos).

By-the-way, this is supposed to be stiletto nails! Literally, while Lee was doing my nails, I watched her sloppily apply the polygel to the tips of each nail and make a sticky, stringy mess. After a short while, I realized that Lee had little to no experience doing this, so I asked her how long she had been doing polygel, and she said, "6 months." At this point, I became even more concerned --especially given how poorly of a job she was doing. I ultimately said to her that based upon my experience the method she was taking was concerning me. Let's just say that in a matter of 3 days, 6 of my nails had done one of the following: chipped at the tip, broken completely off, or cracked in a place that is quite painful. The reason I believe these nail-fails happened is because Lee didn't completely cover the tips with polygel, and she also applied and buffed down the gel too thinly. I have so many beautiful photos of my nail experience elsewhere. I can say this is the first time anything like this has ever happened to me, which is why I had to post this, and make a decision not to go to a place that would allow someone with this level of experience to do anyone's nails before they're ready. I have wasted my time and money, and quite frankly, it caused unnecessary stress. I usually find getting my nails done to be relaxing... Not this time! I have to note that I'm not one to complain nor am I one to tell a professional how to do their work, because I generally trust those responsible for giving a service until they show me otherwise. Lee and 2Q Nail Bar showed me otherwise.
I’ve had great experiences with Jenny after seeing her a few times. She gives her professional opinion on the different products they offer and she is always efficient. I do miss the days where a decent massage was included throughout the service. I’ve been offered a beverage probably 60% of the time that I’ve visited this place. This most recent time I stepped a little out of my box and was not disappointed! They’ve got a returning client in me.

I had an amazing experience at 2Q Nail Bar! The salon is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has a calming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout my visit.
I got a manicure with an nail fill /pedicure, and the attention to detail was outstanding. My nail tech was meticulous, took the time to shape my nails perfectly, and ensured the design I chose came out exactly how I envisioned.
What really stood out was the quality of their products and the relaxing vibe—no rushing, just a focus on providing excellent service. I’m beyond thrilled with my nails and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend 2Q Nail Bar for anyone looking for top-tier nail services!

This review is longgggg overdue! I’ve been coming here for over two years and it’s always a pleasant experience. From the staff to the environment, it’s filled with cleanliness, laughter, and kindness. They get me right every time and it’s part of my self-care. Jenny is the BEST. All the photos attached are my real nails!! Highly recommend this salon, especially Jenny.
2Q Nail Bar is my new favorite nail spot in Woodbridge! I absolutely love Nina. She does wonderful pedicures and a fantastic job on my nails. The environment is welcoming, clean and friendly. If you go, ask for Nina. She is very sweet and funny.

I had such a great experience with them. Nina did my nails and design and she did such and amazing job. I came all the way from northern Maryland and was very pleased with the services provided. Look forward to my next trip back.
Save your money and do not come here! I came in for a manicure and pedicure and it was by far was the most rushed and horrible service I’ve ever received. Starting with the shape of my nails. I asked for square and my nails were over filed to where it was this awkward round shape. My pedicure lasted no longer than 15 minutes. My manicure was if not just as bad, worse. Again. The job was rushed. I had to ask the nail tech to go back through and reclean my cuticles which still were not properly done. I was so upset by the service that I didn’t even want polish on them. Also, the filing of my nails are slanted. Maybe if more effort and time was put into doing it, it wouldn’t have been such a botched ordeal. I would never recommend this place for anyone to go to.
Me and my bestie got matching sets, I loved Donny he was nice, hyped me up, and did my nails good ???? they not too expensive too under 100$ for most my sets. Love this place
