I went in on a very busy Saturday I was seen very quickly due to my complaint,assessed, and saw a Dr without hardly a wait. Dr and Staff great. An essential service much needed
I was there yesterday with an infant patient at 08:30am.. Booked in at the reception desk with the gentleman assisting from the centre chair.
Gave my details and that of the infant patient. I waited to be called, pacing up and down the area with a crying child, noticing the receptionists behind the counter watching me pace the area trying to calm and entertain the young patient. At 10:00 someone asked me if I'd been attended to, i responded saying 'No, I've been waiting for 1.5 hours and nobody has called me'.. She went to no check the system and it turned out I wasn't even processed in the system or placed in line to be attended to.. I am extremely disappointed that for 1.5hours, nobody followed up our checked to see why countless others who came in after me, were being served and left while noticing me walk up and down the area with a crying infant.
I've had the misfortune of going here a couple of times. They cover their incompetence by saying we are extra busy. It's about as bad a service you get at A&E, but here you get to pay for it. A whole $150 for getting virtually no care. If you're going to be here, get a tablet to watch some movies on while you wait.
A massive shout out to 2nd Avenue medical centre today for the care and attention from all the staff. It was welcoming, efficient and thorough. Highly recommended and although it was busy, the hospital emergency department was kept free for acute cases. Well done to all concerned

Sometimes waiting is too long but not complain for the hard work.
Receptions are normally okay but some are rude. But usually the doctors and nurses are nice
Went in with horrible pain, was put through to a Doctor pretty quickly and treated well, Nurses and Dr John Ngui were amazing, thank you
The best experience I've had at a medical centre for a very long time. Yes I did have to wait for a while but I was expecting that. Dr Rob was empathetic, thorough and totally brilliant, along with all the nurses and reception staff. Thanks so much!
Wait wasn’t too long and the experience was very positive considering it was a doctor’s visit. Receptionist and nurse were lovely and Dr Lillie was exeptional! Attentive, thorough and informative, she gave us peace of mind and clear instructions for next steps. It’s not cheap but it was open and every dollar was worth it.
