How is it even possible that this place has been open over 3yrs and hasn't been shut down by the health inspectors? It was my 1st time here today to pick up an order from TOO GOOD TO GO. First of all, there is absolutely no parking anywhere around the building. I walked in, and there was no one at the counter to greet you. I called out to the back and even peeked thru the kitchen door, and the place was empty. As I looked thru the kitchen door, I saw a disgusting, dirty, and disorganized kitchen. The kitchen equipment was dirty, and the counter where orders are picked up and paid were just as dirty. The dining room was dirty too. The place smells bad, and it looks like it's run by people who have no clue how to run a business. Based on previous reviews, they don't know how to cook. After calling for 3min a young woman who looked dazed and confused, like she had just woken up came out. I told her I was picking up an order. She went to the kitchen and NEVER came back. I waited for 20min before I walked out. After what I experienced, I would NOT be coming back, nor would I recommend this place to anyone. There are better pizza places in the city. Do your best to avoid this one!
It’s sad that people don’t know they’re getting scammed by this run down business..this is what you are eating!! & yes you are eating MOLD I was told that they scrape it off when serving.. on Uber it goes by different names.. and hotels downtown that they put their flyers on are getting scammed as well..
I know someone who worked there was appalled when I received these pictures.. It may be cheap but it is not worth your money!!!
The people that work here also put their child daughter to work which is against the law!!

Ordered through GrubHub from The Gyro Guys, which shares the same address. Probably a ghost kitchen. The order arrived one hour late. I had actually called grubhub to cancel the order because it hadn't arrived. The delivery driver called me and yelled at me, saying he was already on site. I went ahead and accepted the order. Grubhub put the order at 20 dollars, driver said it was 37. I paid 25 to split the difference. I should have just ignored his call...
The gyro was disgusting. Burnt bread, tasteless meat, and it was loaded with a half cup of tzatziki sauce. Completely inedible. It looked like it was a failed attempt at a calzone.
I ordered from door dash. Items were missing. The order took longer than expected. I ordered cheese fries and I got cheese onion rings. The Mac and cheese was dollar store quality. The entire order of 8 boneless wings were missing. I would give this place zero stars if I could.
My husband ordered us 2 pizzas, wings, and two 2liter Sodas. The total was over $50 and was 2 hours late. We called the store twice looking for the location on the food and the lady said yes sorry he's on his way. Asked about something taken off the bill and she said she could not do that. Ask to speak to a manager and was told unavailable. When driver finally arrived, he asked if we requested forks. I told him I was not sure due to my husband ordering and he said it was on the ticket. He pulled 4 forks out of his front shirt pocket and handed them to me, gross. Never ordering here again.
This place said they were open til 12:00. My family and I arrived into town late and were hungry so we ordered from here on line for pick up. When arriving the place was shut down and not in a great neighbor with hardly any parking. When I called the number a lady answered and said oh we closed at 9:30. I told her that is not what it said online and the we were sent a confirmation time for pick up. She proceeded to be little me. Than said she would refund our money. Needless to say it was late the kids were hungry and no food and they took our money. They did not refund our money. I should have looked at the reviews before ordering here. These people are horrible and something needs to be done. These people are scamming people's money. They deserve NO STARS. DO NOT GO HERE, PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST.
This place is absolutely a negative 5 stars easy..... Don't do it, seriously don't order here. We ordered a couple of calzones on door dash and received them burnt, the meats inside were cold as if they came of the fridge recently. I called n received a "cold shoulder " from a young a lady employee.
When I told her that the calzones we're burnt she stated "So what, you what them to come out white?" Then she attempted to blame the door dash driver. Never again....
Poor customer service; I ordered a calzone with 2 Toppings and an order of fried mushrooms.
Calzone was made wrong by giving me one topping instead of two (I.e. I ordered spinach and pepperoni; they only gave me spinach.). To make matters worse, the sauce in the calzone was so bland, the calzone was depressed. Finally, the dough of the calzone was raw.
As for the fried mushrooms, Chef Ramsey can agree that it looks like dry $%*+.
Highly not recommended.
