I moved from NY to Orlando and came to that place because of a friend since I live near there. I bought several natural and synthetic wigs. Yesterday I bought two of which I didn't like the color. When I go to the checkout it says they don't change it. I used it, it wasn't even in its box, he told me that to change it I had to buy something else when I had already bought it the day before, I left with my wig that I don't like and searched on Google for another supply close to two blocks, it's called GINA, the same wigs for 35 us when in 24k they have them for 60 very happy with my new wig I do not recommend anyone to go to this 24k business since the customer service sucks apart from that the prices are double those of the other stores they lost me as a customer because the rude treatment they gave me, they only care about selling
I have been a customer of this hair store since 2019 and have purchased several wigs from them. Overall, I have had positive experiences with the quality of their products. The wigs I have bought are usually pretty and the lace is good, although it can vary depending on the specific wig. I particularly like their straight wigs as they have consistently been of good quality and I have been satisfied with them. While the hair might not be raw, it is still pretty and can last a long time if properly cared for. Overall, I would recommend this store to others looking for affordable and decent quality wigs.
The two men are rude they try and force you to buy something out of there one told me a cheaper price and the other told me a higher price then the man was like oh I heard him wrong and charged me the higher price my price went from $159 to $200 that’s crazy then the younger one is rude always has something smart to say the older one told this one girl if you not going to buy then you can leave my store they act as if everyone is stealing they racially profiling African Americans they curse at you they shouldn’t continue to be in business
Definitly need to allow people to look with out feeling pressured to purchase. People friendly but I like to shop and if i need help with something than i can ask without feeling harrassed.

The gentleman behind the counter who I believe may be the owner was super receptive and nice. The girl stocking hair was so rude just completely ignored me and literally asked a girl who came in right behind me if they needed help. I even went around the mess she had on the floor to not disturb her but just an all around disgusting attitude.
So I came to this store and there was a young lady that greeted me and ask if I need help and I told her no. So the Arabic man came out from the counter and ask me if I need help so I changed my mind and said yes I would like to have a one bundle showing him the color pink. I felt like he was rushing me and didn’t understand what I was saying so I repeated myself and I can see he’s upset so I told him you know what I don’t need any help and while walking off he said you’re weird and I had to respond I’m weird because you don’t understand what I’m saying. I also let him know I’ll drag his a$$ because I’ll fight men to. Yes I should have walked out and don’t spend my money there but it was an emergency and I live far anyways. But the good this is I though my bill would be $25+ it was only $16 so that was the good part I guess. If he is the owner or son of the owner you are not about that life and stop acting like you’re black!
My experience was very amazing. The whole staff was attentive and even worked with me while I was sick so that way I could purchase the wig that I want it for my birthday they made it happen from my bedside thank you so much for all you do
