Our waiter Adrian wasn't good but felt obligated to stand over me so that he could get a tip. $14 and some change. You didn't earn that, you got that because I was uncomfortable. If you can't follow simple requests maybe you shouldnt be in the wait staff.
The food was ok, feast platter was bland the only good thing about it, the cook was so good you could eat the claws from the crawfish. Also they say they can toss the seafood in flavor, but when I asked him which flavor he said garlic parmesan.... Dude who tf tosses seafood in garlic parmesan are you dumb, deaf, or you don't know the flavors?
Bfs burger bun was trash, sweet jalapeno bun fell apart after 3 bites he couldn't even enjoy it.
We won't be back.
Upon entry no hostess to seat my party of 4, the busser actually told me to sit anywhere. The waiter took a while to come over but overall he was friendly and attentive. It was national crawfish day so we ordered the specials and crawfish were well seasoned and piping hot. My boys ordered the nachos and teriyaki bowl which both were very good. We will be back.
The food was delicious and great portions. 5.00 Margaritas. The waitress , chubby Caucasian was not so inviting not such a good waitress. Great customer service is so important. No 0rices on menu , it had a barcode for prices but that didn't work. So she could only give us verbal prices. I wasn't happy with that. I would go back and request a different waitress.
Service was great, definitely some good old fashioned southern hospitality the moment we walked in. Wasn't very busy during lunch so great for nice quiet place for lunch. Asked for recommendations and told to try the Strawberry Lemonade drink. Tasted great!! Not too strong but the liquor was there. Ordered the oscar dipping sauce with extra bread and that was amazing!! We will definitely come back again and try more things!!
The place was dirty - I ordered an appetizer for my meal while the others in my party ordered their food all at the same time and was NOT told the Appetizer sampler platter is enough to feed 4 to 5 people and not just an individual and the cost was 33.00 for fried nothing - I could have had a wonderful full meal at a much nicer place for 33.00 - waiter told me he would see what he could do and never came back with any compensation so needless to say his tip was nothing ! I will NOT go back !!!
The manager Rachel greeted me with the assistant manager . The mushrooms and onion rings are a must. I brought the onion rings home and had them for breakfast..the service was great. The crowd was alive, Astros were playing, and we even got a home run Crawford beer for 5 cents. I posted several pictures of this location so you will know what to expect. So when you go get a bucket of beer, onion rings, mushrooms and the burger . Love this atmosphere. They have live music Kenny Cooper was the entertainer that evening and hopefully they have him return. Thanks Rachel for a great evening. Definitely recommend and will return.
Found this little jewel after flying in late night at KDWH. The line guy mentioned it as an option. This place was fantastic! Lots of cajun dishes!! I had the crab, shrimp, and crawfish etouffee. I also got a bowl of the seafood gumbo, which I had to eat at the hotel later. We had a new waitress, Gabriella, who was a really sweetheart. Great place! I only wish there was one in Nashville! (The photo of the gumbo was AFTER I put it in a takeaway container.)
I have no idea what the food tasted like today but I always love it. Their service absolutely sucks when they aren’t busy. That’s right, when they’re not busy. I walked in and sat down in front of the only tv showing the Astros/Dodgers game and never had a server take a drink order or even say hello. I guess they have all the customers they need. These two girls were too busy talking to each other and playing on their phones. They better hope they never do wait on me. They’ll get tipped what they deserve
