Reasonable accommodations considering how much they were. The person who checked us in was super nice and patient even though we had a very late check in at 1am. They even gave complimentary snacks and water bottles. It was 5 stars until checking out the next morning. I’ve stayed at motels before and never had them physically check the rooms before allowing you to leave but that makes sense. However, the person checking us out was rude and impatient. At 8am on a Saturday it was just not a good experience.
They have really nice staff and they were very accommodating to us when we had to change our trip plans due to a concert cancelation. Thank you so much 24 Hours Motel!!
First of all parking is small. Second of all owner is really rude he’ll throw your ID and when it comes to the deposit he’ll look for any excuse to keep your money! He expects you to clean every inch of your room when leaving. NOT WORTH THE PRICE! If you want something better go to Empire Inn
We had a conflicted experience. The rooms and building were renovated and in good condition. The staff were very pleasant and helpful through messaging and let us check in early however the man was very grumpy in person. The snacks and water in the room were a very nice touch.
The older man at the desk was grumpy both at check-in and check-out. Our rating would have been higher if he weren't around but I think he might be the owner. The area isn't horrible but it's not great either. I don't think that most people would feel very safe walking around.
The motel is fine, no more no less. Around there is not much, though. 20 min driving away from the airport.
It was a good experience. The service was great checking in, as the one who was checking me in the afternoon was friendly, but checking out, the attitude was sour from another employee. Don’t know if it was the owner or not, but regardless, it was pretty fair in regards to price and rooms. Overall, I’d say it’s nice to stay.
Stunk like smoke yet charge $50 cash if you smoke in the room. Very rude and my upgrade was equivalent to a dorm bed in prison
Glad they had a room with 3 beds for our larger family. The only draw back was having to have a $50 cash only deposit for smoking. We rarely have cash so that was a disappointment
