Fkn filthy and disgusting. How this place is still operating is beyond me. Rude staff and the GM is on another level of a power trip. Can’t you guys clean anything? You’ll catch a disease in this place. Tried to cancel my membership and they wouldn’t. $470 wasted for another year
Shelly is a big problem, and it’s pretty obvious that management hasn’t reviewed her general manager position in a while. I have came here for months with no issue. The app stopped letting me log in and the staff wasn’t able to fix at the time. Today I show up and the general manager decides to tell me I can’t show up without my ID (something I hadn’t been told for the past 3 months of going). So I walk home in the rain again, get my id, and come back to try to explain that I can’t log in, and need help. Instead of trying to help, she proceeds to try to cancel my membership when I ask for help.
The general manager is an absolute power trip. It’s clear she has never been held accountable, as you cannot get ahold of anyone above them in corporate or in store when they are in the wrong. Special shoutout to the other staff here who did her job for her and de escalated the situation and helped out instead of just trying to kick me out like she did.
I hope anyone in the 24 fitness corporate side reads this and realizes the absolute disgrace of a gym they hired , that clearly hasn’t been attitude checked in a long time.
I love the place and variety of classes, but dirt, filth and complete mess is just too much. I tracked same hair bundle in one of the showers for over 8 days!!! Same location, same ball of hair, large in size. Once reported to admins, they said cleaners are coming daily. However, I do not belive that.
APPALLING EXPERIENCE WITH THE GM (SHELLY S.)!
I have no delusions about the gym itself. It gets the job done. But the general manager, Shelly S, wow!
My encounter with her was an unmitigated disaster. This individual embodies the perfect storm of incompetence, arrogance, and complete disdain for customers. She was utterly disinterested in addressing my concerns, made false statements, and told me to leave when I objected. Her behavior was a toxic mix of condescension, dismissiveness, and blatant hostility, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a paying member. It's clear that this person is not fit to lead or interact with customers in any capacity. I see I'm not the first person to face this unprofessionalism from her, and I won't be the last if 24HF doesn't take corrective actions.
Gets the job done, they've made steps towards fixing their old equipment.
These are what's broken:
- lat cable pull machine
- 2 cable machines. The cable on the right side doesn't pull smoothly, the other one simply doesn't pick up the weight.
These are all machines that have been at this location for about 12+ years.
EDIT: they got a new station in the middle of the gym. About time. Updated review.
This is without a doubt the most unhygienic And dirty gym of the 24hours in Seattle area. Disgust!!!
This is supposed to be a “Supersport” or top tier club. Meanwhile, there’s the same bundle or dust and hair collecting for weeks. Maybe months. How hard is it to do a good cleaning once in a while

UPDATE 7/8/2023:
Almost fell down the tile stairs to the pool area due to loose/broken tiles
Showers have only lukewarm water.
All the problems I listed below are getting even worse.
STEAMROOM is still broken, was told they have the part but nobody to fix.
The HOT TUB is now broken as well. There's no jets, just hot water.
GAL at the desk was rude and unfriendly. Embarrassed me Infront of my guest with her tone, unprofessionalism and lack of interest in her job. We were bothering her during her internet phone time.
UPDATE 6/30/2023:
THEY STILL HAVE NOT FIXED THE STEAM ROOM!
Trash cans over flowing
Dirty floors, elevator, steps going up to gym and down to pool. (Tile stairs going to pool area a lawsuit waiting to happen)
Asked the gentleman at the desk how to get on their complementary wifi because my phone service is non-existent while inside the gym and he didn't have a clue.
ORIGINAL POST 6/25/2023:
I'm a little upset.... I paid almost $400 for a year platinum member ship, in cash, to find out there was several promos I wasn't given/offered.
I got a walk through, looked nice but everytime I go (late at night) the place is a wreck!
The pool is dirty(adding chlorine to the pool is not cleaning!)
the showers are dirty (soap scum, hair)
the dispensers are out of soap,
the sauna smells like dirty feet,
hair in all the drains????,
the stairs going up to the gym are nasty,
the elevators are dirty,
most of the trash cans are full or over flowing.
And the night staff doesn't care, they are playing on their phones or working out...
Last time I was there to swim in the dirty pool, I had to clean the downstairs bathroom so it was decent enough to shower and change in!
It's gotten to the point I bring my own household cleaners and paper towels to clean up before I'll use anything bathroom/shower/locker room related...
The steam room has been out of service for over a month, they have it posted that it's supposed to be in working order in late june-its the 1st of July today-hopefully it's been fixed....,
