Went there to buy a pack of smokes and the charged my card for 20.00. I found this out when I was balancing my account later that afternoon. I called the store and the guy hung up on me when I started to ask him about it. Do not spend a dime here! They are very crooked.
Total dickholes and charge an arm and leg for everything. Also my trulys were always a different price. Shady
Shady shady. I get the same thing twice in 1 day and it has different cost. Every time I go in the store they charge me a different price. Then ask for a receipt and I get a credit card receipt not one for the item. BBB should look into this.
I'll just go down the street from now on.

THEY SAY A 12 PACK OF COORS IS 13.99 + TAX I WALK INSIDE TAKE A PICTURE OF THE PRICE ITS 12.99 . CHECK YOUR RECEIPT THEY ARE MAKING UP THE PRICES. WILL BE REPORTING TO THE CITY AND BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. THEIFS!!
I like the fact that 23rd Avenue Liquor opens at 8:00 a.m. because that's what I'm usually running. My errands. Can't understand why other liquor stores wait till 10:00. I don't want to make a second trip. My only complaint is that sometimes person at the drive-thru window doesn't speak English very well, but between sign language and patience you can get what you want. And I love the drive-thru because I don't have to change out of my pajamas to get food, go to the bank and pick up liquor for myself and my neighbors. And do it on my schedule, I like mornings. When things aren't so busy. Their prices are more reasonable than a lot of places. Great place!
Store clerks constantly followed me around, and rushing me out after I had asked for sake. I intended to buy more but will be taking my business elsewhere
Get your liquor and your alcohol somewhere else. They upcharge you by about 15 to 20% what grocery stores will sell. This was after verifying a few prices while in the store. Also the customer service is a very lacking. I bought a bottle of wine but went back to an aisle because I forgot I needed a bottle of whiskey. As I went from the register to the aisle the person at the register side and said 'Come on man. Hurry up." They also lack any sort of specialty items you would need like a wine aerator. What liquor store doesn't have a wine aerator? ???? I for sure won't be coming back to this place unless absolutely necessary.
Place is locked down tight but makes sense for the area. Employees and nice beer isnt always coldest. Drive thru is quick and easy.
