Im dividing this review in two parts dancing and dinner my 4 stars goes for the dancing and would give it ⭐⭐to the food.
1. I Love the music, very friendly and fun atmosphere, definitely going back for that, it is all tropical for the most part.
2. not the best drinks, they are $10 dollars, and they need improvement wouldn't go there to dine inn, WORST ceviche peruano I've had $14-$16, it had so much garlic and the jibaritos were drenched in mayo and the beef steak didn't taste too fresh. The empanadas were the only thing I liked, a little salty but nice texture.

This place is so much fun! My husband and I enjoy dinner and dancing here all the time! The music is great, as well as the food and the service! Kitchen is open late, there is an upscale feel and a positive and friendly vibe. It's a casual and clubby. You can come for dinner or just for drinks, there is a ton of tables and space, the and dancefloor is large enough for everyone to have a good time!
I love the food and the service. Staff is always friendly. The bands and DJ are always great. Is my favorite place for a latin dance night out. Great ambiance as well. Easy parking if you get there early on special nights.

I've been here just once. I could come back but I will keep an eye out for a better place for dancing and drinks. The food menu is ok for a bar, I would not think it's a restaurant menu. Food was way too greasy, even for bar food. I also thought the options were not enough. Also, if you plan on drinking be smart and order your next drink with plenty of time because service is slow.
However, I'm giving three stars because the environment for dancing was pretty good, the band was pretty decent and you could even request a song you'd like to dance.
We had a great time at Congas celebrating my son's 21st b-day this past weekend. All of our guests were pleased with everything. The food was delicious, the music was very good, and the drinks were nice and strong.
Our waiter, Jesus, was very outstanding and so very pleasant. I really enjoyed having him as our waiter. He did an amazing job with such a big crowd!!!
Everyone in my group really wants to go back to Congas for more food, drinks and dancing. It was their first time there too. It was such an amazing night!
Food took a long time it was just empanadas and they were cold.
Need a better sound system. Some songs hand nothing but bass. No treble. For the size of the place speakers don’t put out their quality must be Kmarts special.
Waitress was friendly and did her best.
