Great spot! Mostly burgers on the menu, but they have awesome options, including veggie ones.
I had the veggie burger, and honestly, I had to double-check with the waitress to make sure it wasn’t meat.
We also tried the pickle chips and they were one of the most favorite things in a while—they were delicious!

Managed our table like the pro she is! Food was super - and Ann is #1 in our book!! When we come back - we want a table of hers! Love her!!!!
I’ve gone through this place several times. It is always been a great experience. From brunch on Mother’s Day, To watching NCAA basketball tournament games with great food and drink specials during the game, To their retro Thursday menu, which is super awesome and recently their hot ones buffalo wing challenge. Never had a bad experience, always leave feeling that my money was well spent. The bartenders and Servers as well as the managers specifically Mike and Mel have always been awesome. We have two picky eaters as daughters, one 8 years old the other 11 years old. They always find things to eat on the menu. If you have not tried this place yet I would suggest you do. Order a few appetizers get a couple of beers. Have a good dinner and call it a night. You’ll be back.
Absolutely blown by the Smoke Shack Burger. I always love trying new things especially at 22 West and when the burger landed at my table I was shocked by the size and quality. Dawn the waitress made my visit so much more fun and enjoyable. Nothing else compares to 22 West!
There’s a reason this restaurant was featured on America's Best Restaurants! We had Anne as our server and she is wonderful! 10/10 food and cocktails were amazing, the trash can nachos were to die for and the burger I got was juicy and amazing. We will be back!
First time here. Very nice atmosphere. Great waitress! I ordered the bbq pulled pork Mac and cheese. ( I have NEVER ordered Mac and cheese out ). OMG, run there to get the pulled BBQ pork Mac and cheese. Absolutely delicious!!!!!
Stopped in for a quick bite to eat on Sunday afternoon. Our waiter, Brandon, came over to the table and took our beverage order. He advised that the kitchen was running slow and suggested placing our order. We ordered the fried pickles, and they are usually decent. Today, they came out cooked but not crispy. We ordered the arugula salad and a side salad. The apples in the side salad had an extreme sour taste to them. The side salad came out warm, and the cucumbers were either heated up under the heat lamp or were rotten. When Brandon checked on the food, I advised him of the issue with the side salad, and he got a replacement. The result was the same with the cucumbers, so obviously it's a problem in the kitchen. Usually, the ingredients are fresh. If the food came out better, the review would have been 5 stars.
Didn't want to write this but my wife and i ONLY shared the nachos and ended up with food poisoning.
Heard high praises of this place only to be absolutely let down in the most tormenting way. Asked for medium rare steak and they gave me half medium and the rest well done, the manager came over with a backhanded offer which I declined since she claimed she wouldn't eat it cause it was too rare. P.S when you come here I hope you plan on being here for a while, SLOW service took forever to pay and leave after the disappointment.
TL;DR
Heard good, turn out bad, wife and I strapped to toilets at home. Lesson: People have terrible taste. Potatoes Good. Slow.
