Where do I start ? This museum was so fun and so interested there were so many small things that added up to one grand experience. And it seems to always be changing every time I go there is always something different, especially in the restrooms. Wine , TOP TIER. I 10/10 recommend. Enjoy this video of me and a friend playing with the touchscreen/wall they have in the main hallway.
21C squeezed us in last minute and we’re able to meet all of our requests. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and unique. The staff are all very friendly. The on site restaurant is wonderful. The location is also perfect for walking to restaurants and other locations for entertainment. Thank you Tyler for making our trip to Louisville a wonderful experience!
Clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Great bathroom -- boasted both a shower and a tub. Awesome location. The art throughout the hotel is wonderful. Shout-out to Arthur: thank you for your good cheer and for making us feel like we mattered. We will stay here again, for all the above reasons. For breakfast, go somewhere other than the hotel restaurant.
We just celebrated our marriage over a three day destination event, at 21c. We could not be more pleased. The staff at 21c are very attentive and friendly. Our guests fell in love with the hotel. The event team was led by Taylor Pugh, who insured that our event was orchestrated seamlessly. Andrew Taliano was so helpful and instructional during the process of planning. The contemporary art is well curated on a global platform to create conversation. Can't wait to return for our next visit.
A great hotel in every aspect - helpful and friendly staff, nice rooms with a comfy bed and original art , convenient location and an impressive contemporary art museum in the lobby. I booked this hotel for my husband for a Bourbon Trail Weekend over his birthday. I made note of that in my reservation and the hotel took it upon themselves to put a handwritten birthday card and gift card for the bar in his room. I'm so impressed... and appreciative. It got his weekend off to a great start and make it all that more special. Thank you!
Get room service early, the front desk is super helpful, and the bar is super cool. I had a problem with my light, and they took care of it in 15 minutes! Great location, near many bourbon tastings and restaurants. The artwork is thought-provoking! I thought it would be no-frills but I was wrong.
The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have slept in in long time. the pillows are horrible. The sheets and blankets were load when moving. The pillows were very uncomfortable as well. Could hear people brushing their teeth and gagging on other side of the bathroom wall. People were load going through hallway at night. We did not sleep hardly at all. I was tempted to get another hotel room last night at 1am
Good location as you're in walking distance to lots of tasting rooms and restaurants. Room was nice size and very clean. Only complaint was restaurant on site didn't open until 8am. We had tours scheduled with early morning pickups and asked staff numerous times about opening time in the morning. We were told 7AM by multiple people. It was not pleasant when you cannot get something to eat for breakfast before a day of bourbon tasting. Otherwise excellent hotel.
