My new favourite place in Winchester! Fabulous food, beautifully prepared and presented by wonderful staff…..already booked to go again! Try the Tacos ????????Thank you 21 Sushi ????????
Came here to try out this restaurant after reading all the great review. When we arrive we were greeted by the server and she gave us 1 menu to share among the 2 person which we think is weird. Because of the way we sat opposite each other is really hard to look at the menu at the same time. At then it took them 20 minutes to come and take our order. We felt like we were not welcome there as the waitress seems to be paying more attention to the other table. On top of that they did not serve us water or even ask us if we would like to have it. Then when our food arrive,we were trying to get their attention for soy sauce. No luck,we had to go to the counter to get it ourself. No one came and check if our food was ok until the end when we asked for our bill. There are only 7 table in the restaurant but the service were really aweful.
The only positive thing about is the food were great,fresh ingredients and the chef definately very generous with the ingredients. The taco with softshell crab is execellent.Sadly our dragon sushi and 21 sushi did not taste good.
We walk out the restaurant with a full belly but the experience has left a sour taste.
** update the owner of the restaurant call my bf about to enquire about the problem regarding the service. It shows thats the owner really does care and wants his customer to have the best experience in his restaurant. Is just a shame that his staff do not share the same passion**
Amazing food. Fabulous service. Presentation and variety was first class. We are avid sushi lovers eating around the world and found this excellent value for money!
We have been meaning to try this place now for quite some time as it’s a stones throw from work… our only regret was we should have tried it sooner as the whole experience was first class. The good was outstanding together with great service and very relaxing atmosphere. Would recommend this lovely restaurant to anyone…
I don’t think I’ll be able to eat sushi again. This was so good! My husband is gluten intolerant and the chef created a special dining experience for us. It was amazing. Gray food great service!
Food was fantastic. Best sushi we have had for a while. Staff were very friendly. The place is quite small but we sat comfortably.
INCREDIBLE food!!! The whole experience at 21 Sushi was amazing. We were greeted by a lovely hostess who helped explain some of the menu. We ordered 2 starters and 2 mains. The unagi taco and Royal 21 were insanely good! Best sushi we have had in a long time!! Can’t wait to come back!
The most exquisite sushi I've ever enjoyed! Every bite was incredibly fresh and delightful. I highly recommend trying the sushi with the unique bubble on top – a true culinary delight! ????
