Everything throughout the service was amazing and I thought I was going to make her my go to hair dresser. However, she didn’t show me the back of my head when she was done which I thought was odd but didn’t think too much bc the rest looked so good. When I got home I checked the back and there were bleed marks/ streaks all through the back portion of my head. If she would have said something and fixed it then it wouldn’t have been a problem but it was so visible I know she saw and just decided to try to get away with letting me leave.
Excellent service and stying ! Great experience and love that I found a my new stylist ! I relocated from Houston to Dallas area Shauney did a great cut, highlites , low lites and stying ! Very knowledgeable . Highly recommend

PSA. Ladies if you have a pixie or short hair please look for a specialist! I was extremely disappointed and was charged $400 for two rows installed . During our appointment I mentioned I wanted to have a full head of hair . She mentioned that 180 grams would be more than enough and I trusted her PROFESSIONAL opinion . I was back a week later for install and she left me like this ! I immediately expressed that I was not happy with the result that it looked like I had a mullet and she just said “unfortunately with your short hair sometimes you need to do more “ so I said, how can we fix this what do we need to do and she said that 50 g of itips would fix it but honestly I just picked up the itips because I don’t trust her anymore. If she wasn’t experienced in installing extensions on short hair, I would’ve expected for her to express that and not take on my install. I would’ve purchased whatever amount of hair she would’ve suggested, the reason why I’m upset is because as a professional you should never let your client walk out of your salon looking like this. Luckily I work from home, but I still have to show up to the office sometimes and honestly I was mortified, embarrassed, self-conscious, and I wanted to cry. As a professional stylist they should understand the impact that they have on women and how a simple haircut hairstyle hair color can affect our mental being , if I were a professional hairstylist, I would definitely put myself in my clients shoes and really consider Would I rock this hair installation ?because ultimately if you wouldn’t wear it yourself, you should never in good conscience send your client out like that .
Ultimately she said she would install my itips (50grams) for an additional $200, I feel she didn’t even feel bad or realized the damage she caused .
Update I had my BF who is not a professional re install the same amount of hair Emily installed and look at the before and after pictures! What a huge difference - service was done at second location but the management is same
I provided a 3 star review because the blow out was perfect, although i washed my hair today and the hair cut is HORRIBLE. I’m not even sure what was trying to be accomplished here, I’m upset because I thought I found a new salon :/
I came to this salon for the first time so excited because I haven't had my hair done in over a year. At first everyone was friendly, which was nice. The hygiene of the salon overall was not appealing. Very dirty, but my turning point was when my ending look was nothing compared to what I asked ask for. My hair is very simple to color, and what I asked for/shown a picture of was the most basic highlight. I wasn't upset because not everyone is perfect, but when I called to talk about what we can do to fix it the owner Rich was so extremely disrespectful! He began raising his voice and yelling at me in front of everyone at the salon because I was simply telling him I did not agree with spending $210 on something I did not ask for or want. I have never been so disrespected by an owner of any store, ever. This is not how you treat your clients and not a good way to get anyone back into the salon for a second try. I just hope not everyone gets treated this way. So hurtful.
Extremely disappointing and costly experience. Rich only shows courtesy when he's profiting from you; otherwise, he's rude and unpleasant. Save yourself the trouble and take your money and business elsewhere—you'll regret going there. I showed them a picture and they assured me it was easy to achieve, but we ended up with orange hair instead.
I came to this salon for the first time since I moved to McKinney. I had medium length hair, 2-3 inches dark root and some grey hairs and the rest light blond highlights. I had a consultation with RICH and I decided to do balayage which was more expensive than the other services. JUICY, spend 3 hours on my hair and the result, my gray hairs were not covered at all and my light blond highlights were dark. After 4 days when I went there and showed my hair to RICH, he asked $60 for covering my root or if I want my light blond highlights back, $180 again. I didn't know what to say when RICH was just smiling with his eyes to me. First time when I was there, he was so respectful but this time %100 different behaviour. I will redo my hair in another hair salon but I will never forget RICH disrespectful, unprofessional and irrational behaviour. Judge my review with my hair photos
This place is probably the best salon I have ever gone to. I recommend this place 100%. When they were washing my hair they gave me and my mom neck and head massages. And the stylists there are very delicate and patient doing you hair and I didn’t get hurt once. This place is very amazing and I will be going here from now on. My stylist was Shauney and my mothers was Courtney (they did great please ask for them if you want baby soft hair)<3
