Best WLM Reviews
We stumbled upon this place just by accident. We were out looking for someplace to eat that was new and we saw it and of course we love Seafood so we went in and we were extremely surprised at how beautiful it was on the inside. The employees there were so friendly and excited to see us. We we're not required or even asked to have a mask on which was magnificent! The menu was super and the waiter was great. The calamari was excellent I highly recommend it. The seafood platter was monstrous! We rarely have to take Seafood home but we took some seafood home! The waiter was really nice he is also a bartender so he made me a surprise concoction that only he created. It didn't even have a name but it was made with lavender and gin it was very elegant and Light. Needless to say we were extremely happy with this place and we will definitely be going back. As a matter of fact, we are going again next weekend with my husband's brother who will be coming over from South Carolina.
Food was great, we had stop to get some crab legs but they didn't have any due to the high market price. We decided to stay anyway. Our waitress was awesome and suggested some awesome food choices. We had a party of five and we left food on the table. Bread came out piping hot with garlic butter. New England Cream Chowder was so creamy with chunks of potatoes and clams at the bottom of the bowl. I had the salmon with roasted potatoes and spinach with pesto sauce (Excellent pairing). Steak was cooked to perfection laying on of risotto rice with a side spinach. For a starter with had a crab cake. Seafood platter with french fries, deep fried mussels was the best surprise. I highly recommend this establishment. We will be back hopefully they will have snow crabs the next time.
11/10 Amazing setting with bubble light walls accenting an overall industrial design with a blend of rustic and modern furnishings. Great music selections. The craft cocktails menu is well rounded, we recommend the painkiller or the mint chocolate martini. We had the crab legs and prime rib. Both were great. She said “the best crab legs I’ve ever encountered in my entire life.” She ate them like the Cookie Monster. The mushroom risotto with the steak could have been worked a little more to give it the consistency you want but overall it was seasoned correctly and complimented the medium steak very well. Asparagus was also very good, peeled thoroughly probably blanched and grilled, it was easy to enjoy. Our appetizers were the clam chowder soup and cilantro lemon soup. Both perfect the cilantro soup with basmati rice and lemon was very refreshing. The clam chowder was very creamy and delicious with more meat than any other clam chowder I’ve had.
Delicious!!! It is so delicious ???? ???? I liked to ate it all and would have only had a picture of the empty dishes. Calamari was my starter and next peel and eat shrimp!! Calamari tender and favorable, shrimps seasoned to perfection; both dishes well balanced with seasoning. Give 201 Seafood a try next time you are in the area or passing through, enjoy!!
Delicious.
I had the breaded halibut, one of the chef's specials. It was beautifully cooked and full of flavor.
My wife had the seared scallops, which is served on a bed of corn risotto. The scallops were nicely seasoned and perfectly cooked. The risotto was delicious.
I have to mention the bread - it is amazing.
The reason I can't give 5 stars is it took way too long for someone to take our order once we were seated. We also sat for a long time once we finished eating before anyone offered to bring us our check. I know staffing is an issue everywhere, but there weren't that many people in the restaurant. I wanted to try a dessert, but we were afraid it would take too long.
Good seafood place near the airport. A little pricey (But maybe on par with local / market prices.)
I had shrimp and grits with a chorizo sauce. A little soupy but so good. The grits were NOT a mushy pile - rather crispy like a hash brown. Loved them.
Drinks on tap were a nice selection. And service was great.
Staff were excellent. Due to COVID wait staff were a little delayed in service, but they sure made up by their friendly attitudes. Wonderful delicious food. I was very pleased!!!
