I been looking for a nail salon that could replicate intricate designs I find online in New Rochelle... my prayers have been heard! Not only can they do the design I asked for w out hesitation but the customer service is outstanding. I reached out to them on Instagram and they were more then happy to make my appt thru our messages after sending them the nail art I wanted to do. At the salon the customer service spilled over from my DM’s to in person! They are so friendly and accommodating!! They definitely have me as a regular customer now!
I always go to Cindy she’s friendly, nice, efficient, and always does my nails PERFECT. Ive been to 2 sisters nail salon 4 times with Cindy all 4 times so far. Any design I’ve asked her to do she’s done an amazing job and was very nice and friendly about it no matter what I ask for. Best nail salon ever. I have been to many other nail salons in the area and they haven’t been as clean or consistent as 2 sisters and Cindy. They charge extra for designs anywhere from an extra $5-$25.
I found this gem sometime in March and I have gone to way to many nails Salons and left dissatisfied. BUT this nails salon gets it right every time! I'm so glad I found them! I've gone a month without going back and my nails have been in tact ! From the dip powder to their spa pedicure this place is amazing! I will say they're all talented and do great nails! I specifically love that I walk in for my appointment and I'm seated right away! They take their time to do your nails and that is the BEST part! I usually go to Cindy for my nails she is very attentive and will do exactly what you want! I had Lisa today and I was so happy with my set! These nail techs are the BEST!
I LOVEEEEE coming here! Super clean and very careful with ensuring customer safety. The staff is incredible and super attentive. Nina is the best and always slays my nails. I even did multiple nail trials for my wedding! They are trusted and super talented.
this was my first time getting my nails done here and to start, booking the appointment was super easy and i even got a conformation text with who was doing my nails and what i was getting done which was so nice. coming inside we were gently sprayed down with a machine to disinfect us and helped me and my friend feel very safe especially with covid. everything was so clean and not to mention how perfect my nails for my birthday came out thanks to cindy????! the attention to detail was amazing and she even let us know a cheaper alternative to what me and my friend were going to get which was a UV gel set and ended up getting an sns set instead which is something i found so nice considering a lot of the salons i went to never told me things like that and just wanted money. she did an amazing job on my nails, better then any salon has before and i’m beyond grateful for that and not to mention how reasonable she was when i asked to do my brows after the fact even though it was busy! the price as well was so reasonable considering the detail my design required and that was another thing i loved! it was all so clean and an amazing experience, thank you for everything cindy!!
I’ve been here three times so far, and it has been amazing each time. I’m always so nervous to ask anyone to do anything special to my nails, but Jay and Cindy have both been amazing and have looked at the reference photos and given me exactly what I asked for. They are always so kind there, never leave you waiting, and finish efficiently. The space is clean and feels incredibly safe. I will be going here from now on.
First time getting my nails done & 2 Sisters Nail Salon did not disappoint. Great safety protocols for COVID 19. This place was amazing, from the atmosphere to the nail technicians. I asked for ombré and flowers and she definitely delivered ! Appointment only, so you definitely want to get your appointments in before they book up.
I will be coming back, my new happy place ????????
Bait and switch with pricing even if you book and pay on their website in advance. Rude staff and poor customer service. I've been here twice and gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time as I had been to their other location months before with a decent experience there (although they also don't follow their own pricing online either). My second visit to this location is why I'll never return to either one. The nail tech left my nails looking ugly and uneven due to lack of care and improper removal of dip powder. I don't know how the technician wasn't embarrassed by the job she did. The audacity to expect an additional tip after the upcharge despite being tipped in advance as well just shows how greedy these people are.
