Lisa Lisa Lisa, you are awesome with the customer service. Today is July 4 2024 at 2:30pm. The beef rib was so good and very tender. The chicken and ribs were good also. I'll be back for the food but mainly bcuz of the great service. Thank you Lisa and keep up the great work.
I’ve been to 2 Guys 1 Pit BBQ twice. My first time I stopped in for lunch and was greeted by a friendly counter person. Ordered brisket & ribs. The second time was much more thorough. I did a review for my foodie page, met the owner, ordered several different items to bring home & share with my family. We really enjoyed their bbq. It’s not real smoky and everything was tender & juicy. Sweet potato casserole was another fave. Really enjoyed the ribs and sides. I only wish I lived closer.
I ordered from here today, didn’t know they were closing, but I just received my food and you can tell they didn’t care. I spent a lot of money using Uber. You all could have canceled the order. I ordered (2) 2 meat plates 1 had double burnt ends the other had double brisket… the food was so hard.!!!!!!!!! And steal like it has been sitting all day… I tried it and I couldn’t even swallow it hurt my throat so bad…the bbq beans were actually pork(n) beans and you can definitely tell.! The mac n cheese was so chewy and had a powder substance like dirty it was awful. It will make sense due to them closing and not expecting an order to come in but I was unaware I ordered at like 8:34pm. Thinking it’s Friday they might be open later or some… but this is so unacceptable you all are a business and food quality and customer retention should be you all’s PRIORITY. No way you all should have let that food left that kitchen and by time it got to me you all were closed. Why.?

Ordered pickup for Easter lunch and ordered several plates, but the 2meat plate with ribs and sausage were so disappointing. Absolutely hardly any meat on the ribs. Couldn't eat them as they were way overcooked and superchewy. I've ordered several times, so this was a first. The 3 meat plate we ordered with ribs and sausage were fine. Guess I got the short end of the stick with mine. You pay for good quality and bummed that I didn't get my money worth on that plate. The sausage sandwich....came with barely enough meat to call it a sandwich. That's it. Maybe things have changed, but Def felt jipped.
Really good brisket and ribs. So enjoyed the salad. They only have ranch, but the young lady found me some balsamic dressing. The stuffed jalapeños were yummy, but a bit pricey.
Pretty good bbq, and the sides were good too.
I got the chopped moist brisket sandwich with green beans and coleslaw. The brisket was the star, as is to be expected! The green beans were a close second, and the coleslaw and sauce left a bit to be desired.
The service was unusual as well. I came in during an in between lunch/dinner period when it was eerily quiet. The team members were all studiously cleaning and prepping for the dinner service, but nobody greeted me or said a word. I sat quietly waiting for a server for about 10 min before going to the counter to grab a menu and order. I asked if this was normal, and she explained that I should’ve come to the counter sooner. Next time I know, but it still felt odd.
Overall, it’s good. I’d try it again.
Love the food here! Had the moist brisket plate with baked beans and cheesy corn and it was all perfect. The hostess was delightful. Lots of seating and a large bar and lots of TVs. Loved the display with the collection of police patches. They definitely know how to make great BBQ!
I love this place ! I was craving bbq for a few days! And everything here is more than perfect! Amazing customer care! The food vas fast and on point!! For sure I will be back!! The portions are bigger than other places!! ♾️/100
