2 Cute Nail Spa is the ONLY salon I’ve gone for months. Every time I go in my nails come out flawless. Anytime I’ve gone somewhere other than here, I’m disappointed. Prices are expected and reasonable, and the people who work there are incredibly skilled and sweet. The atmosphere gives very boujee.
DON’T GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS BUSINESS!!!Terrible service! Manager is rude and can’t polish nails correctly. Then refused service to fix the problem because he was ready to go home. The girl had an attitude and told me the reason my nails were messed up was because I was on my phone which had nothing to do with it. I had my earbuds in. The gel polish bubbled and I mentioned it he got mad and cut my finger and refused to treat it. Photos of terrible work!!
This is the second time in 2 months I was unsatisfied with my set. Sad to say I have to retire my favorite nail shop. There are great nail techs there but the same tech has messed up my nails for the second and last time. She was my last option when I went a week ago. It was a slow day so there wasn’t a lot of techs there, everyone else in the spa was occupied.
I can literally peel the layer of polish back off my nails they’re puckering up so bad I have bad air bubbles under 5 of my nails.
I try to review establishments around town on a regular to provide my experiences accordingly. Today is October 21, 2024 at 6:00 pm. I brought my daughter in to have her nails painted along with myself. While waiting to finish my nails the male tech said my daughter couldn't sit next to me and they don't usually allow kids in the salon. I asked this young male if you do young kids nails and he said no. I was highly disappointed. I will NEVER RETURN. CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THIS SALON EVEN FOR SERVICES. I questioned the male and a young female and their attitudes were not acceptable. I should've taken people more seriously when they told me the service is getting bad there and to stay away. I'm a believer now. Take the time to read other people's reviews. This is a zero star rating!!!
My boyfriend and I went into this establishment Friday around 4ish. We both got a pedicure. We asked for the volcano spa pedicure. Once we got back in the pedicure seats 2 young boys were back there asking if we wanted to try the “new” pedicure it’s amazing and we wouldn’t regret it. We said sure. It was literally the worst pedicure I’ve ever had, the kid doing my boyfriends didn’t even massage his feet AT ALL he threw some stuff on him, didn’t pull a single piece of dead skin off his feet (I watched the entire time) the kid doing mine did the quickest massage I’ve ever seen. He then proceeded to dig into my big toes even after I asked him to stop. He didn’t even ask if I wanted gel polish, just put and charged for gel polish after charging us $200 for the worst pedicure we’ve ever had, the polish on my toes looks terrible and is bubbled up. I’m pretty certain my toes and a few of my fingers are infected. My toes have not stopped bleeding since I left and I can barely walk. There is infection coming out of the cuticles of my fingers. My boyfriend gets a pedicure with me every 3 weeks and he stated that he never wanted to step foot in there again. The 2 boys literally sat there arguing about taking each others girlfriends the whole time. Wasn’t a relaxing experience at all. I was getting my nails done as well and I had faith in that because my mom referred me here and her nails were absolutely beautiful. Well when I realized that the same kid that did my pedicure was fixing to do my nails I really wanted to just leave but I didn’t have the heart to do that so we stayed. My nails were looking worse and worse by the minute. He painted clear on them and then realized he missed some spots with the acrylic so put acrylic over the clear. Didn’t even file or cut my real nails so my real nails are already under the tips. The owner had to come over and file them bc there was so much acrylic and polish in my cuticles. She did the best she could and I appreciated that greatly but there was no saving these nails. And if we didn’t have somewhere to be and if my boyfriend hadn’t already been waiting for 2 hours I would’ve asked to soak them off. The owner knew I was just given an awful set of nails and stated “next time you come myself or Chasity will do for you” My nails and toes are hurting so bad today that I can barely walk or pick anything up and I paid these people $315. I don’t have the heart to not tip for service provided so even given that it was an awful experience, I still made sure to tip them. I do not believe that the kids that worked on my hands or our feet are licensed or trained and if my hands and toes don’t stop hurting before I have to be at work Monday morning I will be pursuing this further. I have never in my life experienced anything like this and if they had any integrity at all they would give me a full refund. I was searching for a new nail salon to visit every 2-3 weeks, my nail lady has been gone out of the country for 3 months and I missed getting my nails and toes done, but if I’m not offered the same service again for no charge, or a full refund I will never step foot in there again. We spend $250-300 every 2-3 weeks in a salon. We would’ve been great customers to gain. But the fact that I have infection and blood oozing out of my fingers and toes today and couldn’t even put pressure on my feet or use my hands today tells me that they will let anyone work on you
UPDATE it is now 3/4 and I am going to upload photos of my toes today. I will have to miss work and go to the doc because they are literally bleeding and pus coming out constantly. My entire left foot is swollen, infection all through it. This is completely ridiculous. Do not use this nail salon. It is not worth the risk. I have been in pain for 3 days now.
We had so much fun today having a girls’ day. My daughter and I are so happy with our nails and felt welcomed the entire time. Can’t wait for us both to come back for a fill. Ed and Cassidy both did an awesome job and will be who we go to from now on.
This is my second time going here. The first time was awesome. Great work. No complaints and no do overs needed. I got a fill-in at this place today and four hours later, 4 of my nails are lifting up and one has even come off. My polish has lumps in it from going over too many times and he did not have a steady hand to begin with. The shakiness in his hand showed terribly in my polish. The older gentleman did them. My last visit.
Just left and was the worst time I have ever got my nails done in the entire 29 years of my life. I honestly just want a refund for my nails bc they just came out so horrible. Simple French tips and refill color doesn’t even match.
