I’ve taken both my work vans and 3 cars here now for MOT, servicing etc. These guys are very approachable, do a great job and are competitively priced. Very local to me too which is a bonus.
Called in for advice on an intermittent steering fault.
Young lad completely disinterested didnt listen and didn't offer any advice. Simply said I'll have to wait until it goes completely.
Then said they're too busy and walked off.
He could have said
A) I can offer advice but we're not taking on new clients
B) We don't cover that work/type of car etc
But he did neither so therefore zero stars for zero effort on their behalf.
Very dissatisfied.
