Mrs. Van is the most wonderful nail technician in the world. All I have to do is coming in and sit down. She treats you like her number client. I have never had any problems with my nails or toes. The overall nail salon management is awesome as well. The salon is always clean. My daughter and I have attended this salon for over 10 years and do not have any plans on leaving.
I have been a customer at 1st Solar Nails for over 10 yrs. They are amazing and always give quality service for nails and pedicures!
I’ve past this nail salon for years. I asked could they do a pedi and mani in an hour and a half and they got me out in an hour. I needed a manicure so bad that one of my fingers were sore and almost bleeding, and the lady who took care of me was extra gentle, as well as gave me great advice on how to keep my cuticles from being so damaged as well as gave me a nail and cuticle care oil for free Not saying that they are going to give you guys anything free I think she just really felt sorry for my ugly hands Lol. But I want to stress how excellent their customer service was from the time I entered until the time I exited. Customerservice goes a long way with me, and they are top-tier. I will be back .
I have been going here for 4 years and I love the service. People are saying that the manager is rude which is not true. He knows I have back issues and always brings me a pillow to put behind my back. He knows I like Dr. Pepper, and he brings me one every time opening it and part of the straw for me. My nails and toenails always look beautiful.
My nails always look amazing ing after they are done. The staff are friendly and patient.
This is the only place I come for my eyebrow wax, the ladies alway do an awesome job. I don’t have to worry about too much hair being removed. My brows are alway symmetrical. I do get pedicures here and there and I enjoy that service as well. The staff all have great customer service skills.
I really enjoyed my pedicure and manicure nails. Cindy always does a great job she takes her time and is very polite every time! I recommend her every time!
I love it here!!! I have been going here for 10+ years and Van is absolutely the best!! She takes very good care of me and all of her clients. Manager and o other staff are top notch too!!
