Deshuna was the best. Talk to her over the phone the conversation was pleasant and she act as if she wanted to help me. Once I got there she remembered who I was and went straight to helping me. The area was clean and they had security. So happy that she was there to help me and I will be returning.
If your passing through, this isn't a bad place to stay. They do have rules, which isn't to bad of a thing. The entire staff, does an awesome job. I was fortunate enough to run into employees here. I dealt with,Antonio, and Grant, 2 of their armed security guards. They are really down to earth, and very professional fellas. Unique, and the other lady that works the front counter, are very courteous, professional , and friendly. They have a knack for making you feel comfortable. The supervisor, Monica is a leader among leaders. She runs a tight ship, and always gives the employees props, to the residents here. She don't play so leave that shit at the entrance.My room was very nice and comfortable . I was always able to get a good night's sleep. Kuddos to all of you. Take a bow you deserve it. I went there for an interview to work at the front desk and I was indeed hired the same day so stop writing fake reviews saying I wasn’t when I have the paperwork you gave me when you hired me. I went and when I went I thought the place was abandoned. It wasn’t any furniture in the lobby, they told me that whatever happens here needs to stay here, they have cash app payments which I thought was weird, they don’t do direct deposit, no uniform and what hotel..it’s really a motel lol you know have security with guns on them. The place looks a hot mess and it needs to be shut down.
1st the security guards are walking around with ar's (automatic rifles /big guns) felt very unsafe/uncomfortable.seems like it's more for the guest than anyone else.
2nd the rooms are dirty dead roaches .house keeping comes every day doesn't speak English and doesn't clean for real .
3rd over priced for the area ,it's in junkies and some one begging every time you come out your room

One of the best experiences I've had when it comes down to transitional hotel housing Monica who works in the front office is a phenomenal person and sees her guests is a great help the rooms are decent clean and they clean on a consistent basis the premises are always nice no excessive trash laying around it's a good hotel
The hotel experience was amazing. Me and the kids loved it and it was clean as well. And we also enjoyed the peace and quiet as well.
Monica is phenomenal she's very understanding and she has a heart of gold I have had some very hard days and Monica always been there to put a smile on my face and to encourage me that everything will be okay just walking pass will make my day once I see Miss Monica ❤️
Charis was kind and polite. She got me checked in and to my room quickly. Process was hassle free.
