I will not be ordering my pizza from this place any longer. Every time I order I ask for a specific. That’s “well done” because I don’t like the cheese falling off my pie and I don’t like in pizza all doughy. They don’t listen. When you’re on the phone with them, you’re just another order. Terrible customer service and terrible listening skills. After the lady hung up on me , they called me back from an unknown number and left a voicemail stating they would get the pizza on the house next time. I’m sorry but I don’t want your pizza or your service . Thank you
Tried this place for the first and last time today. Ordered pizza & wings. The pizza tasted as if it was sitting for a long time or they made it earlier in the day and reheated it. It did not taste good at all. The wings were small and had barely any sauce. They were also cold. Also, I paid for 3 ranches and only received 2. One of the ranches was curdling and extremely old (as show on picture)
We’ve been coming here on and off for years. Service is always phenomenal. I love, love, love the antipasto salad and wings are great. The pizza isn’t my favorite, but it’s not bad. I’ve definitely had worse. The location is always clean and again the service is always great. Everyone is kind, helpful and food is out quickly. Pricing is great and you don’t beat am xl pizza and 25 wings for $30.
I almost never hate on pizza, but this is the worse pizza I’ve ever had in my life. It just tastes bad, I’ve never had a pizza that tasted bad but they somehow managed to. The cheese tasted old and rotten, the dough wasn’t cooked, and I swear to god Chucky Cheese tastes better. The ranch dressing they also gave me wasn’t ranch? It was some kind of white goop that tasted life nothing? I have no idea what else to say. I want a refund lol.
Update: AJ I no longer want a refund I want you to make edible pizza. Whatever you call this frozen microwave pizza and white glue dressing needs to be thrown out and start over. Whoever made this recipe wasn’t even on drugs cause people on drugs have better taste than this. My dog tasted a slice and spit it out I swear to god. Once you have edible pizza I’ll be back. The ball is in your court sir.
Update: AJ, I stopped by again yesterday and guess what? The pizza was exactly the same and tasted like it was 10 days old. I’m not afraid of immigrants, I’m afraid of pizza restaurants that make terrible pizza, which you are #1 on the list for being. I realize you’ve been here for 20 years, have you been trying to make good pizza for 20 years or do you need another 20? If you need some help let me know, I already have a job but it looks like you need help in the kitchen. Much love brother.
I've been here a few times now. I always get remembered and welcomed! The pizza is exactly what I was looking for! Looking forward to ordering again!
Hands down the best pizza spot in surprise. Great staff, always fast and the food is always great! Can't recommend it enough. It's my go to restaurant for events, gatherings, and even just a night where we don't know what we want.
First time ordering and the food came out pretty terrible, like many other reviews here for the ratings this place recieved there were some high expectations. Upon picking up my order I had no idea what I was taking home, didn’t receive a recipt, wings were dry and sauce less, the pizza wasn’t cut and to top it off the ranch was spoiled. Called back trying to get a refund and was told no, instead they wanted to make the order all over again. Really disappointed, don’t usually make reviews but this just had to be public
I Ordered The XL Cheese Pizza and 25 BBQ Wings Meal Today. The Pizza Was Ok, The Wings Were Soooo Delicious Just Small! The Ranch Dressing Is A Must For All Ranch Lovers Get Extra Dressings. The Guy At The Register Was Super Courteous and Showed Supreme Hospitality and Welcomed Me Like Family! I’d Definitely Eat Here Again!
Be Blessed
