Canny really rate the atmosphere in a takeaway shop. Service is always bang on.

was basically completely wrong
£47.30 basically put in black bags and thrown, honestly especially during this cost of living you would think they’d even go as far as to say its spicy (FYI We don’t like spice AT ALL)
In all other words order went straight in bin wouldn't bother with this place only thing that was decent but couldn't stomach was the sauces at thought of £50 basically wasted
Further more they sent a driver out with basically half the order without saying to cover their own backs so i would advice AVOID!
Ate from here a few days ago, wanted to leave a review but felt bad for giving a low mark. I have to be honest, Ken Wok is our usual and it's a lot better quality food for only a tiny bit more price.
The duck tasted weird and seemed to have been cooked and reheated? The prawn crackers had a strange after taste like the oil wasn't fresh and they didn't really have any prawn flavour... Other items were very bland and didn't seem cooked fresh despite ordering quite early on in a weekday evening. Sauces were also very generic and far too sweet and lumpy with starch.
It wasn't "bad" bad, but we did regret spending all that money to have something that essentially tasted like it came out of one of those Tesco ready meals Chinese kits.
Portion size was ok, I can't comment on the munchie box or chilli chicken as we went for a variety of items. I'd rather go without than spend money here again, which is a shame because the customer service was really good and the take away unit itself looked clean and welcoming.
Food was class, especially recommend the salt and pepper chicken and chips. lady was so helpful on the phone. Delivery driver also very kind and delivered my food quick. Best Chinese takeaway in Cumbernauld easily by far!
Used this take away 3 times and 3 times iv not had complete orders despite asking before leaving. It’s a shame cos food nice but if you want a complete meal go elsewhere. Ruined meal and wasted just under £40
Got food out of hear on Monday night. Got salted pepper chips which where reheats. Worst chips i have ever tasted. The salt and pepper chicken was slightly better. The fried rice was ok. I ate only half the meal. It all came to £19.30p. Which for the portion size was ok value but sevely lacked in quality. Will never eat out hear again.
