Went in for an appointment to get a referral with a specialist about 3 weeks ago, they told me in 48 hours I should get a call from the doctor or clinic they referred me to a week passes, and I call them because I haven’t received a call from the specialist they didn’t turn in the referral and had to go through process again they tell me they now submitted it and to wait another 48 hours to receive a call fast forward another week I still don’t receive a call and guess what they didn’t turn in the referral and went through the process again. I’m having severe hand pain and need to see an orthopedic but I can’t because they can’t do their job correctly
Terrible. I spent over an hour waiting to see the doctor, and she spent about five minutes with me. I felt rushed out the door could hardly get a word in, and the doctor kept speaking over me. She prescribed a bunch of medication‘s for me and I was unable to get the antibiotics filled for up to a week due to the staff not calling the pharmacy back to send clear instructions for the medication.
Impossible to get anyone from this office to call you back. My husband goes without medication he needs for days because they never send the refills to the pharmacy after appointments. Dr Bagha is rude and has zero compassion towards her patients. She blames everything on her staff and told us “they’re all liars and lazy and she’s just salary” so nothings her fault. Looking for a new pcp as we cannot deal with this anymore. There’s so much more I could say about bad experiences we’ve had here.
This the absolute worst primary care physician I’ve ever encountered! The doctors here just quit or leave and leave patients with no warning no direction and no regard for patients medical care or prescriptions. Very unprofessional and the lack of sympathy for these elderly patients is mind blowing.. if I could give 0 stars I most definitely would
10 out of 10 would recommend. Dr. Lacour clearly loves his job and does it not for money. He is very respectful and on top of his service. He is pro parental choice. Isn't a bully and cares for his patients. My daughter has received excellent service. He calls his patients back and personally checks on them rather than having a nurse or someone call. He is easy to talk to kind and super helpful. Best customer service. Best facility too. It's a nice sized office and front desk staff to me have always been really nice.
Dr. Lacour is an excellent doctor. He takes his time snd doesn’t rush you out when you have questions or need extra time to discuss anything. His staff was respectful and good with my daughter during our last visit.
Great bed side manner. Highly recommend him.
Evidently all of the issues with the front desk have been resolved or I’ve just been lucky over the past year and a half (we’ve had 4-5 visits in that time) because I’ve never experienced what others have given poor reviews for. Some staff is friendlier than others but no one has ever been rude or unpleasant whatsoever.
My son is a patient of Dr. Lacour and we love him. We chose him based on his many positive reviews and we weren’t disappointed. My son is doing great thanks to Dr. Lacour implementing some changes in medication. His nurses are all great and we have no complaints.
My spouse and I tried this location since not going back to the 1960 location since our information is already in their system and they know our medical history issues etc. We will not be returning to this location either and they really need better Doctors. My spouse medications were not sent over especially for high cholesterol and diabetes which been on long time now and info is in their system. It took them 3 days to get back to us since it was never fax over to the pharmacy and we were informed oh the doctor
didn't know those meds needed to be filled when we told her many times at the visit. We understand she didn't want to fill a certain medication and then the doctor said she will fill the rest. Now we are being told she not refilling another med that my spouse needs and been on since 2014 and told my spouse to see a mental doctor. At this time still do not have meds especially high cholesterol and diabetes. This is not acceptable.
