Best WLM Reviews

Great place to relax and enjoy the ambience, food is fabulous and the prices are very good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
Lovely bar. We went in early doors so fairly quiet but it was a lovely atmosphere. Staff were really friendly and chatty. They made us some fab cocktails, which were 2 for 1 which was a bonus. Will definitely be returning.
Stunning refurbished, great entertainment. Not tried the food yet.
Update: called in for food yesterday, the bar person was really quite ignorant. Stated that there wasn't much food left and disinterestly told us what was left, we felt more like an inconvenience to be served. Left some sunglasses behind. When we returned a customer told us she'd handed them in behind the bar. It took asking 3 different staff to actually look for them, one guy just ignored us. There were around 6 staff making cocktails yet only one person being served. Totally rude staff!
Very enjoyable visit. The music was well chosen and created an lively atmosphere, the staff were all friendly and the food was freshly cooked and tasty. The waiter James was polite in particular and made a nice mojito.
I've been to a lot of clubs and bars around the UK and this place's opening night was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. The sound levels were pretty good for most of the evening (loud but discernible music) although things were turned up a bit too high towards the end (wall of noise).
I was also fairly satisfied with the drink pricing. I'm happier to spend money if I actually get change for a tenner when ordering for myself and the missus. Speaking of which - being able to pay by card for everything (without a lower limit) is wonderful.
Lastly the space and decor was excellent. Very pleased. Rotherham could do with more places like this.
I have popped in here for coffee on a Saturday. Always best before a match time as it gets very busy then with folk having a quick pint before they reach the football stadium a few hundred metres away. The coffee is very good and the service both quick and courteous.
Cocktails to die for, food to live for and the staff are just fantastic!
We booked a party of 24 to celebrate my brother's 60th Birthday
We spend Saturday the 10th June in 1915 - we arrived a 6.30 and left when it was closing time.
Everyone had a meal, some had starters, I had provided our menu choices in advance so everything went pretty smoothly. The tray baked chicken was very tasty and my other half loved his steak and ale pie. The food came out timely and was presented very well. I will leave others to comment on their meals should they wish to!
It felt like our own private party venue for the night, there were other customers, however, we were joined after the meal by other friends for drinks so our party grew lager.
Ben was great as was Lauren and the rest of the staff (sorry i did not get their names). The DJ was happy to play whatever we requested and we kept the dance floor pretty busy throughout the night.
The venue is clean, well decorated and stylish. I will certainly be back for food and a dance!
Everyone said they had a great time - so well done 1915 and the staff
Cheers you made our night.
