I came here in October for a work function. We had a fixed menu however as a vegetarian, the waitress was awesome and accommodated me upon request. They completely modified the salad we had, so it would be meat and egg free… then they made the vegan tempura for my meal. I have never had this dish before and it was absolutely incredible!! So many layers of flavor! I have looked for this on so many menus since but never see anything like it in the city. If only all steak houses made a fantastic dish like this for a vegetarian rather than making us eat side dishes for our meal! Loved it and would definitely return if I come back to this hotel/casino.
So we had MELANIE as our server, i seen that she had a previous negative review. She was very attentive, had a complete knowledge of the menu, and in depth. Case in point i asked her about the wild mushrooms and she knew exactly what mushrooms were in the medly, went over the full menu in depth upon seating, and consistently checked in and bussed the table through out the meal. The food was delicious. We had the 2 tier seafood tower. The largest shrimp i have ever seen. We had the fillet minion with lobster tail and the 16oz ribeye. The mashed potatoes were amazing. An amazing anniversary! The creme Brule was fantastic.
We were super excited to find this steak house inside the casino. We really wanted an upscale, nice dinner.
The service was a10! Atmosphere was very nice, but it was very cold in the dining area.
The food menu was nice, pricey, but expected. Some of our dishes were amazing, salmon, salad and asparagus. Steaks tasted good, but a bit under cooked…sorry…we are medium rare lovers. Lobster 10 oz, was good, but just a touch under cooked, still some clear on it. Flavor was good. Again, service was a 10.

Service at the table was perfect!
A group of 15 of us headed here for dinner one night after work as many of us had not been here before. Even with this large group we had no problem at all being seated. Our server was very friendly and attentive as she dealt with all of us. I ended up ordering the chef's cut with a peppercorn crust and the mashed potatoes as my side dish then the toffee bread pudding for desert. The steak itself was cooked well and the crust was amazing while the potatoes were light and fluffy. The pudding was an excellent way to finish off the meal as the flavor and the texture of the pudding was just perfect. A great experience from beginning to the end.

This restaurant has the old dark, dank Vegas vibe. I highly recommend reservations if you don't want to wait. The service is first-rate and rivals anything seen in a Hotel Casino regardless of location. It aint cheap but you already knew that! The options although limited...... Rrrr Fan Flippn Tastic! These folks know beef! The service / quality/ and price range are very reasonable.. Only thing, I think I was the only customer that it wasn't their Birthday.. Seriously!!!

Ten Stars! for the "Best Meal of my Life!" I mean it. While we were dining, I thought to myself, "Self, this is the best meal I've ever had!" I mean it. And my wife agreed!
We can start with the cocktails (see descriptions in the pics) - poured to perfection. Scintillating sensations across the tongue and warmed the heart and calmed the mind. "I'll have another, please!"
Heather's "Salty Dog" was the top of the shelf- and they quickly brought Heat some extra "fresh-squeezed" grapefruit juice -- because she's like that.
Luke "Skywalker" was our superb server, and "Jeff" was his boss who actually helped in delivering drinks and clearing the table.
I am talking about the BEST MEAL OF MY LIFE! (And I'm 75 years old, so that's saying something.)

Donald Trump is the inspirational leader of the Ku Klux Klan. (On Jan 6, who showed up?) I hope those who read these letters actively disavow that observably vulgar and prevaricating con man.
Well... I would save your money.
The appetizers were very good but the entrees were hit and miss. We had the crab cakes and shrimp, which were great appetizers. Fantastic flavor for the crab cakes and large shrimp that had consistent texture. I also had the lobster bisque but I have had better at places like Pappadeaux.
For entrees we had steak, salmon and sea bass.
The fish was good but the medium cooked $72 steak was dry. I didn't even finish it. You are better off putting that money in the slots or on the tables. While the atmosphere was upscale, I would not expect the same from the full quality of the meal.
We had the best time with Evelyn our server for starters. The crab cakes rate in my top 5 I’ve ever had. My steak was cooked to perfection. The sides were absolutely delicious… I can’t say enough about our experience there. But most importantly as I mentioned above, Evelyn made the 1832 experience 2nd to none!
