Food: 4.5/5 ✨ - (Brunch) Needed a little salt, but that's a problem that's easy to solve. The favors were balanced, but could have been brought out a bit more. We ordered the eggs Benedict and beef hash (+prosecco and Blood Mary).

The food was so delicious and our waiter, Tony did an outstanding job explaining the menu and was all around friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. When we needed to leave in a hurry, he went above and beyond to accommodate. We will definitely be back!

Wife had ribeye. Cooked to perfection. I had the pork chop. It was amazing. The place was crowded. Many people also at the bar. Not cheap but worth the cost.
Fun recommendation from a golf round nearby at the Delaware Golf Club. Food was phenomenal, service and atmosphere, as well. Got the mussel toast, burger, short rib, crème brûlée, and chocolate cheesecake. Just delicious all around. Good selection of drafts. Definitely a place to revisit!

This place was amazing! I ordered the shrimp and grits, and it was just beyond perfection. The shrimp popped about in my mouth on the first bite! The flavoring was awesome. The rest of my family ordered stuff and they all said it was really great! The service was a bit slow, although we did have seven people and they were busy. Our waiter, Noah, was really good, lots of credit to him. The prices were a bit steep though. Worth the money. Definitely recommend, try it before you die, you only live once.
We dined at 1808 American Bistro on 10/6/24. The food was delicious and we had an awesome waiter, Tony G. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helped me choose what to order. I had the miso carrot salmon and my husband and daughter (being vegetarians) had the Marsala mushroom casarecce and baked rigatoni alla vodka. We had roasted cauliflower for an appetizer and crème brûlée for dessert. We enjoyed it all. Highly recommend this restaurant and hope to go back.
