Best WLM Reviews
I had been wanting to visit this establishment since they were on Jodeco Rd. But never got around to it.
I was finally able to stop by on a Sunday, the weekend of veterans and really enjoyed myself and the friends I met with to watch the game.
The service was good (for the most part), our wine/beer was good (of course), and the pizza was okay. The Caesar salad was good but the pizza didn’t give what I was expecting. I asked for light cheese and extra sauce. I received the normal amount of sauce and light cheese… also I prefer thin crust and wasn’t expecting hand tossed or whatever they call it. Next time I will emphasize extra sauce and what that looks like and ask if they have thin crust.
Overall, good experience and recommend. I’m very picky and like my food a certain way. My friends visit often and enjoyed their meals
This place is great. Got meat lover egg rolls and tots with cheese sauce. Both were very good. Then wife got wine and cheese chicken sub, not very big but very good, bread was nice and warm and soft. I got medium cheese pizza, some of the best pizza I have had in a long while. Waitress was very nice and pretty attentive. Cost was over 50 bucks for all this and two drinks. Location is very accessible and plenty of parking. Definitely will visit again when in the area
Awesome place for all kinds of food a bar and plenty of tv’s for watching sports. Staff is awesome ???? great place to relax or meet people.
We recently visited 15th St. Pub and Pizza and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The meat lovers pizza was mouthwatering, paired perfectly with a refreshing side Greek salad. However, what truly made our visit memorable was the exceptional customer service provided by Amanda. Her genuine southern hospitality and infectious smile made us feel right at home from the moment we stepped through the door. We hope the delightful peach ale remains on tap forever! Thank you, Amanda, and St. Pub and Pizza, for an unforgettable dining experience. We'll definitely be back!
We've been visiting 15th Street since they were located on Hudson Bridge Rd. and they have always been amazing. Last Friday, August 25th, I stopped by and had a pint while I waited on my to go order. I didn't even check it because we've never had a problem. Got the food home and it was a disaster. One pizza was supposed to be a meat lovers with spinach and mushrooms added, no meat lovers just veggies. The second pizza was correct but was very light on toppings. On top of this, it tasted BAD. We called to let them know and were told that Pat would give us a call and also that our order would be replaced. My husband stopped by today, August 30th, and they refused to honor our replacement meal. The MOD also told my husband that I checked the order before I left. Why would I lie? Check out the pics for proof. We also never heard from Pat. Needless to say we are very disappointed and won't be returning.
EDIT: In response to Pat's inflammatory comments.
I want to thank Pat for taking the time to respond to my review. However, I am deeply disappointed by the condescending and unprofessional tone of his response.
Pat claims that we did not call on the evening of August 25th. However, I have attached another picture that clearly shows that we called at 8:52 PM that evening. I am happy to provide my phone bill as further proof if necessary. If Pat's employees are willing to lie about this, it raises serious concerns about the credibility of his business.
Pat falsely claims that my husband returned on Saturday. This is not true. My husband was with me that evening. I would appreciate it if Pat would refrain from calling me a liar again.
Pat also falsely claims that my husband was drunk when he did return on the afternoon of August 30th. This is a malicious and irresponsible accusation. My husband was not drunk. He was with our son, who had just been seen by the pediatrician. Unless Pat wants to accuse my husband of drunk driving and child endangerment and accuse my son's pediatrician of not recognizing a drunk parent, he should retract his words.
My 16-year-old son witnessed the entire interaction between Pat's MOD and my husband on August 30th. According to my son, my husband never screamed profanities or berated Pat's employees. The truth is that Pat's MOD was rude and changed her story multiple times.
I find it very disturbing that Pat has offered to have private conversations with other customers who have given him poor reviews, but instead, he immediately attacked a loyal customer who has been a patron of 15th Street for longer than he’s owned the business.
Pat has failed to address the subpar food we were sold and the fact that his employees called me a liar. He has only added insult to injury.
I demand the following:
A retraction of his libelous statements and a public apology to myself and my husband. Make sure to call my husband out by name again.
A refund for the two inedible pizzas. Pat can keep the money for the pint and salad, and his employee can keep her tip.
I will end this the same way Pat did:
Best of luck, I will not accept the employees or owners of any establishment where I spend my hard-earned money, spreading lies about me and my family to cover up for their inadequacies.
2nd EDIT in response to Pat editing his original post.
I've attached a picture of Pat's original response to my review. He dropped the word drunken, but is standing behind the rest of his baseless allegations. We're still waiting on our apology. Be careful where you spend your money.
The atmosphere was great.
We sat on the patio since the weather was perfect 85 degrees. We enjoyed beer ???? and pizza.
The pizza was delicious as well as the pepperoni knots.
I order the sub thinking it’s gonna be a sub, and what I got was a tender on a roll. I mean for $12 not worth it at all. Better subs from subway, and that’s saying something.
I placed a to go order. They told me to come back in 25 minutes so I did. When I came back, I waited an additional 15 to 20 minutes. Which is understandable if it was really busy, but it wasn’t and I only ordered a personal pizza and a Caesar salad. The pizza is smaller than my hand and my whole order cost $18. I would never come back here. also, the girl who took my order seem drunk or high????
