Funny thing, asked gmap for a karaoke bar and it gave me this place. Felt a bit out of place, but I warmed up, enjoyed the live band that played classic country, and the atmosphere was jovial. Ended up enjoying the UT A&M game and even made some cute friends. ????
Great for a spur of the moment birthday party. 151 Saloon let us reserve and decorate our own table requested, which was right next to a full bar with a huge viewing of the World series. Music was great and at request, the band sang Happy Birthday along with the whole crowd. Great Adult family location...
Went for the very first time with a good friend of mine, to celebrate her next chapter in life. Congratulations on the promotion Abby! Much love and I’ll miss you until we meet again…
I got cut off from the bar for no reason- I had two beers, and was informed by the bartender that I could no longer order a drink. I asked to speak to the manager, and I did, and she could not give me a logical reason as to why I was cut off from the bar. Since I could no longer be enjoy this establishment, I left. As I was walking out, I approached the bouncers and asked if I seemed like someone they would deny entry. They said absolutely not If you’re of a certain skin color (as I am), avoid going here. Discrimination at its finest.
Great time out with coworkers at this place! Service was fast and friendly, prices were great on drinks, and the live band they had was great and not so loud we couldn't also chat and hang out. Will definitely come back!
Fantastic place! Drinks are cheap too, on some nights.
I payed the the door entrance fee, then while I was was at the bar the the door guy asked me to pay again! So I did! 20 bucks down the drain for nothing! The bar I loved going to to just lost a faithful customer due to stupid customer service! I have no reason whatsoever in not paying the cover charge.......
Something is going on with the staff, door guys in particular. Owner need to look into this or it's going to affect the establishment.
Great location. Love the live music and DJ. They primarily play country music but do throw in some variety. Lots of parking but tends to fill up fast. They offer outdoor seating and some delicious tacos. Service is generally pretty good, never waiting too long for drinks.
