Ambiance is a bit cool but my god the food is terrible. Pictured is their $22 margarita pizza. In the words of Portnoy, just take it off the menu. Dominos and papa John’s have better pizza.
It is always a great place to enjoy drinks, food, and a great place to watch the annual Schenectady parade in downtown Schenectady!
The Atmosphere inside is open and great for big parties. The service was friendly and attentive. The Food was good and I would eat there again. It's a great option for bar food type experience.
I came for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Amazing space. Lots of room for anyone; date, friends or large parties. I'm a single female in my late 40's..totally comfortable being at the bar by myself. Bartender Adam was very friendly and sweet. Had great beer/food recommendations. Good beer selection, local and other. I had the chopped salad and jalapeno poppers. Both were very good. Poppers were old school; crispy, cheesy and hot. The salad was more than enough. Greens were crisp veggies good and fresh and the homemade blue cheese dressing was amazing. Beer wad cold. Service was friendly. Take the time and come for food and drinks here. Great time!
This review is purely to help this establishment, apologies in advance.
We walked in and the bartender, host/servers and cooks just stared (open kitchen). We asked if we should sit ourselves and was told, yes. No other tables sat, maybe 8 ppl at the bar.
We sat for another 2 min before I got up and asked for menus. The server then was friendly and offered food and drinks. Drinks came out slow and food was bad. Like out of a bag and no love, I don’t mind frozen product but garnish, sauce, butter anything helps look like there is some love.
After we realized we know the server through family, she was sweet and nice the whole time but I think someone failed her on training, not her fault but the establishments as she is very young.
We left and made eye contact with bartender, no goodbye. Got in our car and made eye contact again and she laughed…really not sure it was about me but sure felt like it.
Someone please train the staff to be welcoming and be prompt especially when the place is empty. Smiles go a very long way to.
Ordered a burger and a few beers. The burger was cooked perfectly and it was delicious, tasty, thick and very juicy. Beer was also served nice and cold. The service was also very good and quick.
Ordered a buffalo chicken salad to go. Plain, super dry breaded chicken, no buffalo sauce. The salad itself was dry too without much ceaser dressing in it. Called to ask for refund, they asked us to come back for it to be replaced.. not driving 40mins round trip for their mistake.. was told we can get another one if we come back. Only had 3 bites and then straight in the garage. We aren't coming back.
The food was absolutely disgusting. the spinach artichoke dip….. my girl could’ve made it better homemade. It was pretty gross with absolutely no flavor. And the Caprese salad…cmon now. How can you actually mess up a salad? NO FLAVOR AT ALL and very WET lettuce. The kitchen should be ashamed for a Schenectady establishment. GROSS
