Kody was my server. Customer Service was very nice. The breakfast was good. However the mild sausage was not for me. They were overcooked and a little dry. I ordered the steak salad for later and def enjoyed it. The ambiance is relaxed. If in the area, please give them a try.
Wife and I went for dinner on a Friday night and were able to sit in the bar immediately while the restaurant had a short wait. Service was friendly and good atmosphere with live music in the bar later in the evening. The bucket of clams and wagyu burger were really good. The Philly steak sandwich was fairly basic. Drinks were good. Will go back.
We came to this location and it did not disappoint. The high-back bar chairs and the semiprivate booths look just like the other locations. The food was great, I love the Eggs Benedict and their hash browns. The booths are along the windows so it's much more lit. You can sit at the bar and watch them cook but it's shorter. Great spot!
TBH this place was super mid. Very average food and setting. The service was good! I ordered the Eggs Benedict and a glass of water. Just an average Benedict, absolutely nothing special or particular about it, you can get this dish anywhere. Personally, I was just ticked by the price of the average food and this 4% service charge which does not go to the service staff. Where the F does that go and why? Just because they can? Isn’t the cost of operating your business factored into the price of the food? Why is it seperate? This process is scummy and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Then it adds tax and then I tip on top of that. This average, basic meal and experience was $27. Not worth it. I would have paid $13.50, half the price for all of it. I wouldn’t spend my money there again.
We had the unfortunate timing of visiting downtown Vancouver on the Saturday evening that coincided with high school homecoming. Every restaurant was packed with 1-2 hour wait times. We wandered away from the river front in search of anything that would have a decent wait time when we came across 13 Coins. Not only could they accommodate our party of 7, they had no wait time despite their restaurant being packed. The restaurant had an upscale feel to it but with staff who were down to earth, courteous, and professional. The restaurant is surprisingly kid friendly. They had kids coloring pages and menus waiting for our kids when we were seated and they had a full menu, even offering breakfast items for dinner (which some of us ordered because who doesn't love brinner). I ordered the scallop scampi and a side order of roasted broccolini. Both dishes were amazing. The seafood was fresh and cooked perfectly. Our waiter was superb, balancing attentive service while giving us space to enjoy our dinner. We had an excellent dining experience. Thank you!
This was our first time and we sat in the Captain chairs. We were seated quickly and the kitchen staff made the night. Our server was great too but the kitchen staff were fun with personality. We will definitely be back.
Great place for breakfast! Service was outstanding and equal to the food. Had the chicken and waffles-the waffles were amazingly light and fluffy. Cool atmosphere too tie it all together.
Came in for one of those 1 am breakfast (we've all been there) and the food was actually pretty good. The waitress was awesome, very on top of her game, and they have a full bar, so the fun can continue. Very nice lay out, especially the leather seating and exposed wood and iron. Overall, a solid place to wrap up the evening after a night out.
