Best WLM Reviews
First time here, read a few reviews, and I would agree..The Food, service, and experience was great! Our service was great. It was a little bit of a wait, but that was expected. Wings were good, if yoy like them crispy, just ask, I like mine crispy. The pork chops were the best we've had in a long time! They were perfectly cooked, and beautifully grilled!! Salad was great! And the sweet Potato was perfectly cooked as well!! Let your cooks know they are doing an amazing job, and it is appreciated! Thanks for am amazing meal!
I recently had lunch at 13 Bones Restaurant in Mt. Airy with a close friend, and it was a fantastic experience! As an Italian, I appreciated the authentic North Carolina atmosphere. The meat was superb, especially the chicken, which was cooked to perfection. Great place for quality food and a warm, welcoming vibe. Highly recommend!
We arrived durning lunch time. The restaurant was busy but we were seated quickly. Our server came right over and and greeted us and got our drink orders. She was polite and quick on her feet. The menu had some good looking items on it. I got the burger and my mom got the full rack of ribs. My mother loved the ribs and said she would get them again. My burger was cooked well and was very tasty. We also had the pumpkin cheesecake, which was great. My only complaint was the food took awhile to come out. I know thery were busy but even for a busy kitchen it did take awhile. Overall, this is a great place to eat. If you are a local or someone visting all the Andy Griffith stuff, I would recommend eating here.
Was just there this evening with my in laws and my family! Perfect place for a cheap family dinner. Most of us ordered the Kansas City style ribs. They were tender, fell off the bone. (Not the best I’ve had but for $20 for a full slab!!! = VALUE) I would score them a 8/10! My wife and father in law both had steaks. My wife steak came out a little over done. Waitress did the right thing and took it off the check! Kids meals were HUGE! Overall not a perfect experience, but the service was good and there was a ton of value. If your passing through I would try it!
Traveled 8 days in NC. This was the best food we had. Wife got trout, I got BBQ and both were great. We’ve eaten here for years and not a single time had a disappointing meal. Funny thing, their potatoes are just super, sweet and baked both. Don’t know what they do but it’s good. Desserts are fantastic. Service is very professional and nice. Always clean. Highly recommended!
My daughter and I stopped for lunch on a Sunday before the church crowd hit. Excellent service, food was prepared right and tasted delicious. Fried pickles were very good. Mushroom Swiss burger was likely the best burger I’ve ever eaten - it tasted char grilled and the hot chips with ranch dressing was a great pair. My daughters cheese burger and fries were delicious as well. Bathrooms were clean with changing table for babies. Would definitely return. There was a wait when we left. Bee good place to eat in top of NC. ????????????????
Visited Friday, Feb. 16. for dinner about 8 pm. Server was friendly, but not very attentive. The food was ok but not worth the price. The mushroom appetizer was the best thing. Both steaks, my sirloin and wife's New York were tough. Her salad was ok. I have eaten here before, food was way better. But tonight's dinner was a huge disappointment. Signed up for the loyalty card, but never offered the qr code or stamp. A laminated beer list would be nice too.
My family ate here and the food was great (for the most part)! They had some of the best blackened chicken I've had (it was pretty spicy)! My wife and father-in-law loved the ribs! The peanut butter pie was good too! My only complaint is that the sauteed vegetables had a very strange taste to them. I usually love sauteed veggies, but I couldn't even eat these.
